hiya hun that is the price i got quoted from them to, ive since been told by my wedding co ordiantor we dont need to have all that done. (so just check) but also check that theres not a place that do it for you as we got quoted 150-200 to have translations done with stamps. but then you have to send them of yourself. i think thos with thomas cook you send your birth certificate off an they do everything for you like sending it to embassy they recieve it bk an check b4 sending it back to you so less stress i suppose. x x

I was just wondering what everyones fiances are wearing? i think ste wants a white light weight suit. with my dad best man etc all the same but with our chosen colour cravat prob turquoise. im not sure about a suit jkt he would only wear it for the ceromony. x

hiya michelle, we were getiing married in mexico because we wouldnt be able to afford it here due to having 2 massive families, so i wasnt having bridesmaids but my SIL to be said she would pay for her dress an her sisters. my sister now decided they are now coming an she is paying for her dresses to & my nieces. i have told them they dont have to as its a lot of money for them just to come, but they have insisted. there is no way i could afford nearly £800 more to buy all there dresses. so its there choice, we have narrowed it down to 2 dresses, i will pay for there bouqets, an will buy them each some earrings. not sure whats happening with hair yet. i think you can only mention to them what your thinking see what they say. it can work out so expensive cant it an we just cant afford it! nicy are you having a sit down meal? it shouldnt matter that much if your nt nt everyone will sit down. my sisters wedding reception room was nt big at all but she still had nearly 180 ppl in the room an it was fine. x xx

i would email maria.. i think for a beach reception its 500usd plus 49usd per person for food plus 15usd per person for drinks plus a 15%vat charge for the staff something like that anyway worked out way to expensive for us as tthere is around 30ppl everythin is charged per person an some thing per hour! were getting married at 4.30, will have drink & toast maybe a 1st dance in the beach hut then a few tunes from 5pm, get some photos on the beach etc (just family taking them) then were booked in the italian restaurant at 7pm. prob be in ther 1.5-2hrs.. then maybe freshen up & all head to one of the bars, then maybe the on site club see what happens. x

wow trying your wedding dresses on i bet that was so exciting! i wil have to wait till around may/june time for mine to arrive. definatly a binge wk by the sounds of it! ive had indian chinese, maccies, lollyices etc been away. but bk on my plan as of today want to loose another 7-10lb take me to just under 9st. i havent bought shoes or tiara yet ill wait till my dress is ready then buy them b4 trying my dress. got a couple more months yet. regarding ppl coming to the wedding, we have everyone that matters coming, although my sis her husband an kids were nt at 1st but they r now. still deciding on were to have our AHR prob just one of the local labour clubs quite nice decorated. my fiance stephen has finally decided he wants to wear a suit, lightweight of course take jacket of after the ceromony, we get married at 4.30 so hopefully its nt to hot.. im just glad i finally got a decision from him!!!

thanks everyone.. nicky we are having our AHR at a labour club we think its also free to hire, ive nt seen the room, but my auntie said it recently got done up an would nd 180ppl to make it near full..the buffet i can get for around 400pound which isnt bad, the clubs buffet would be 500 with nt much on it so gettin some1 else to do it.. we have 2 friends who are djs so will hopefully get them to do it on the cheap! my friend does ballons so hopefully get a good deal..im nt to worried its not a posh hotel its a party!! xx

hello everyone hope everyones well! not wedding related.. my birthday today got some lovely flowers of my babba, money of FI.. an my mum dad have paid for me&baby to go to tenrife next wk for 4 days just us an my mum.. cannot wait a few days in the sun! my FI has finally decided he wants to wear a light weight suit/ maybe without the jacket.. im just glad ive finally got a decision! if any1 else FI is wearing a suit what colour r they wearing..my dress is white, so should he wear white with turqouise cravat? or light beige suit. x

were getting married 5th october at 4.30..my in laws have been a few times in october a its been hot an if it does rain its not for long just showers. hopefully it is hot hot hot. x

can everyone give me ideas for favours etc on a budget, im nt sure what i want to do yet.. i may just give my bridesmaids a present on the day with a lipgloss each dior/lancome an a pair of earrings similar to mine. then just get parents gifts. im so undecided. or maybe just give everyone the same. x
