    You should be able to stay around that. You can always check prices for this year around whichever month your interested in. I'm sure they will be similar in 2014.     I don't know for sure but I'd assume once you rented them for the ceremony, they will just transfer them to the reception--no extra charge, but again, I may be wrong!

    You have plenty of time! :-) I'm a week after you and I just placed an order for our chapstick! ;-) I second this! Well, I haven't received them just yet, I just ordered them this week but from what I can tell, .28 is the best deal out there!

    Hey Kelly, I believe they do have different color fabrics, but they definitely charge for it. White is the only color that is included. I am not sure of the price but I wold assume that it's cheaper to find the dimensions and bring your own. Here's the information I have: Pool Terrace ( maximum 40 guest) Ocean Front Deck (Carnival Terrace) ( maximum 60 guest) Beach ( maximum 80 guest) Garden ( maximum 120 guest) Bamboo Room ( Private Ocean View Room – Maximum 80 guest) Castaways Restaurant ( from 07:00pm-10:00pm Maximum 120 guest) I am having my reception at Castaways and I am extending it to 11pm so I am not sure why it says 10pm. I believe there are past brides that were also in there until 11pm. It is $15 per person to extend the reception for an hour.

    Agreed. We are looking at it the same way. Just the "paperwork." We are getting legally married a few days before we leave for Mexico. Not exchanging rings, not dressing up, nothing... Just the paperwork! It's just too much of a hassle to do all the official stuff in Mexico

    I agree, they all sound strange! Here's what we are going with: (we are getting 6 instead of getting the dessert that comes with dinner. Since we will have wedding cake, I didn't see a need for both and I figured we'd need the extra apps at cocktail hour since we aren't paying for the extra people we'll have) A. Smoked Salmon with Cream Cheese B. Mini Tacos C. Chicken Quesadilla D. Fish/or Beef Croquette (still deciding) E. Guacamole and Salsa F. Sliced tomato and Mozzarella Al Pesto We still have time to make changes but I think this is what we'll go with.

    The RSVPs are a huge headache. I don't understand people. I fill out an RSVP the proper way and send it back immediately. I have had 3 come back with NO NAMES. Who does that? They were all declines, but still., Oddly enough 2 of them wrote a little note stating that they are having a baby and won't be able to travel. Well, we have NO CLUE which one of our friends to congratulate! We have 2 friends that are expecting and have no clue who it is! One of them said we were one of the first people to know. I heard from other girls to number each RSVP and keep track on a spreadsheet in case this happens but I was so excited to send everything out, I totally forgot! Now, I'm kicking myself in the butt!

    I understand! Our deadline is march 15. We sent out about 150 invites and have only received about 15 back. I'm just like whatever, if you don't send it back I'll assume you are not coming. And I don't mind when people book & don't send it back, at least I know they are coming. I have decided I will not track people down to ask them. I refuse! :-)

    This is good to know. I've been thinking about the whole tipping thing and these amounts seem very reasonable. For some reason I was feeling like we need to tip more & everything was adding up to a ridiculous amount! $10 for the DJ's sounds very reasonable. They are already charging soo much, I couldn't see tipping anymore than that! I'll probably do the same for Deisy and Pilar! I haven't even thought about the waiters! Ugh, so much things to think of!
