I have a wonderful relationship with both of my parents and since they weren't even invited to my first wedding (I found out I was getting married when I arrived at the chapel and he didn't even tell my parents, so they weren't there), I decided I wanted both of my parents to walk me down the aisle this time. I believe you should do as you please. It's your day. No one should make you feel uncomfortable for the decision you make.

We have 8 guests so far plus FI and I. All family. Thank GOD everyone loves to hang out together.

We decided we were having a destination wedding at Easter and we booked it in the middle of May. Everything has already been decided: what I am wearing, color scheme & flowers, dinner reception and even what time we want breakfast in our room the morning after. It's nice that I don't have to worry about it anymore. I contact the wedding planner once a week, just to keep in touch. But I know as the wedding gets closer I will talk to her more often to make sure everything is just the way we want it.

I am also getting married at the Catalonia Royal. They do have a wedding gazebo available.

Hello Everyone, My name is Nathalie and I am finally getting married to the love of my life. We are getting married February 18, 2011 in Punta Cana. He was my highschool sweetheart. He decided that the path he was taking with his life was not good and we went our separate ways. Married another man and had two beautiful children, but for 16 years could not stop thinking about him. And finally after my marriage had disintegrated, decided to send him a quick email to see how he was doing. He told me he hadn't thought thinking about me either. We've now been together for three years and I am finally marrying my soulmate. I know it's been a long introduction, but I'm so excited. I look forward to reading this forum. Nathalie
