Hi Girls, Been home for a very hectic week, will review as soon as I can. My wedding turned out amazing. There were ALOT of bumps along the way,but when it came down to it it was my perfect day. Congrats Dressa!

ok girls.... another quick checking as the FH and i are exhausted and burnt out and decided to make it an early night and just chill in the room. (we just came back from Portofino and had the most amazing beef filet and also grouper) Anyway.. great food. My meeting with Yianna went fine. I got everything that I was promised and she really is great to deal with. When I say I was ready to fight for everything. I had my MOH as backup. But it seems to have gone seemlessly. Yes i have some options that others will not have as new brides. But they really. REALLY, aim to please here. I will ofcourse give a full review of everything as soon as I'm back. KID'S CLUB: Personally none of the children have participated in the kids club, we are 47 very active family members and babies are passed around and such. But I have to say i'm totally impressed with the movies they set up on the beach. Activites and such. Kid friendly pool. So i would imagine its all great. I see kids in the Core Zone all the time and they seem amused. The only thing i did notice was that adults are not allowed in the kids club. Which I can see is a plus as you do not want strangers near your child. Ladies, i'm still little stressed with things and i'm also runnning on empty (47 people is constant entertaining) But it is honestly a wonderful place. The food is amazing, if you don't like one thing you will for sure enjoy another!!! off to snuggle and have some down time. xxoo talk to you all very soon.

Hi Ladies, A quick hello. This resort is gorgeous and everyone has been amazing. I am only meeting Yianna today as she was busy with brides yesterday and the concierge said... go enjoy... we want you to be happy and relaxed. Customer service amazing. A few bumps with rooms but nothing major or anything that was not quicky fixed. WE are a big group with three different parting cities so it was to be expected. Food excellent, drinks devine. So in regards to the resort, we are extremely pleased and very impressed. I will let you know how the WC goes. Still a bit nervous on that one as I'm not sure if they are going to change things up on me. I have yet to take alot of pics because of the flurry of family and friends. xox Dana

Hello All, You all have wonderful shoes, i'm too chicken to go high heel as i'm a clutz.. So tomorrow my wedding adventure begins. One last day of work and one more sleep. We will be leaving tomorrow on Sunwing at 11:25 and should be in Punta Cana by 3:40 (according to our tickets) Then a bus ride to the DLR. My TA acquire a bus for my group so hopefully the bus ride won't be as long as others have said. I willl have loads of pics and a review when i get back!! Talk to you all soon!

Thanks everyone for the Good Luck wishes. All i can say is I"M TIRED. I'm still working up till Tuesday. My bosses decided to go away for the next few days which leaves me in charge of three companies by default. I'm at a point that i'm dreaming of the bed in La Romana just to be away. I will have internet access in my room as I have a few large projects that need my attention. ( I know sucks ) But what are you going to do right? Everything is planned and whatever is not finished or forgotten, there is not much I can do about it now. I couldn't find the table sizes, I know it was given to me by Tiara at one point and also that there are two sized tables to have either 8 or 10 people. I'm pretty sure Bee had the sizes in one of her posts if you scroll back. I will let you all know about these vendors for the "ultimate" program as well (the time share or return stay program that has been complained about). anyway girls, continue to plan happily

Hi there, NOPE... ACTUALLY IN ONE WEEK EXACTLY I WILL HAVE LANDED and am hopefully on the bus heading towards DLR. I've heard about the time share people as well, and i'm leary about it, but also I can say no very firmly if so. I've got my guard up going on this trip, I just hope hope hope hope, its everything that I imagined it would be. I haven't mentioned to anyone who's coming about the Hdc and other issues that put me in a state of doubt about how this will all be. I'm bringing 47 people and they all paid alot of money to be at this resort. I don't want them to fret over it either. I will absolutely be giving a very detailed review when i'm back. Also, for business reasons.. I will have my laptop to check in. I'm not promising to log on, but if I do... I'll give you guys the play by play. I have three brides who are waiting for my opinion before they book at the DLR, and a couple of others who are on the fence as well... Just can't wait to get this show on the road!!! 7 days!!!!

I bought paper lanterns for the gazebo only and got 14" 16" 20" (Pink, White and Aqua) We ordered them off of ebay. We also bought at one point battery operated votives off of ebay as well. For the ipod, lots of brides brought their own dock and did it. To rent speakers its the same as having a DJ 250$ (unless prices have changed) Some brides invested in a really good Bose station instead. Others rented speakers for the week at a low cost (i remember it was under 20$) Regardless i'm sure you will figure it out. I just got the DJ and am bringing a full iphone... I'm very upset, i ordered custom glasses and the artist didn't send them to the right address so they are being returned... and I won't have them for my wedding Sigh... hope this is the only thing that goes wrong ;(

Nemo- Look in my default album, I uploaded any pics sent to me (Cake, Flowers, etc) Dreamsbride: I know the SSG isn't being used anymore because I had to "fight' for it, they honored it because I had a quote from June of last year.
