Hi Jozee....I am getting married next June and I've been in constant communication with my WC! I actually just spoke to her yesterday. I usually call her and then she'll send me things via basecamp. I think it's important to establish a phone relationship with her so she knows that you want to be attended to. If I send her a message via basecamp and she doesn't reply within two days, depending on how urgent is my questions, I'll call her......my WC is Katia....I am getting married at the royal in cancun but I love this thread and all the info these ladies share! Who's your WC?

Hi Ladies!!!  So i went to David's Bridal two weeks ago and tried on 4 dresses......i was looking for 4 specific things: Sweetheart neckline, mermaid, vintage looking lace, brings out all the right curves......and i found that in the first dress i tried on! i couldnt believe it. I didn't even go to the store with the intentions of liking anything nevermind falling inlove with it! Here are a few pics of the dress.....pictures do not do it justice!! I LOVE IT! Hi! I too think it's ridiculous how they try to charge you 15 bucks per person to have dinner at an all inclusive place! I sugguest just making reservations once you are there individually, if you dont have too many people for the rehearsal........that is what i am doing! I am getting married at The Royal In Cancun on June 21, 2011, i am having my ceremony at the chapel and reception on the beach in front of the Royal......... Â I havent begun to plan out the amount of flowers i will need for the chapel, but i have one question........they were charding you 810 for ONE floral arrangement???? that is ridiculous!! I have the Royal Catholic Package......which includes one Altar arrangement.......when is your wedding??

I have Katia as my WC and i've been working with her for about 2 months now and she has be AWESOME!! her work schedule is i believe mon-sat 2-10pm (cancun time) if you stay on top of her you will get responses....i think it's best if you call her....i always do....and whenever i need something she sends it to me without a problem. I haven's spoken to her since like Tuesday but everytime i have a question she's there. I even called her one day and she wasn't in yet and i left my number and i got a call right when she got in! I hope you have good luck with her seeing as how your wedding is in Dec!! My wedding is actually in June 21, 2011 and I am getting married at The Royal in Cancun....Royal guests can go to the sister hotel whenever they please!!! I was staying at The Royal in Cancun this past June and we went to visit our friends next door whenever we wanted! It comes with paying more money to stay there! I am sure it is the same with the Royal in Playa. Hope this helps!! xo Â

Â I was on vacation to Cancun in June and I used the shuttle service provided at the airport.....http://www.cancunshuttle.com/ we used the private service and it was about 50 for the two of us round trip......i reserved it a couple days before i left........after traveleing long hours the last thing you want to do is sit in a van with other passengers and wait until they get dropped off before you get dropped off......also, you might have to wait for all the passengers to arrive once you land before the van can even take off..........i just liked knowing that i was getting dropped off at the resort with no stops........check them out! they have good prices!

 Hi Risa,  I think you should check that out! I believe you can actually just rent the light up dance floor without having to hire the entire DJ service and pay almost 900!! I myselft do not plan on using a DJ because they do provide you with a sound system in which you can plug in your ipod to. I've seen pics of the speakers and they are pretty big! i Have pics if you want to see them! I would ask your WC what the cost of the floor alone might be........Even tho their checklist says 600 for the floor which is crazy! But i got this price sheet from a girl on here for dj Mannia's services and the price for a 12x12 light up floor was 400.......which is better than what the resort would charge you! Â
