I'm not following the meal plan...just eating good. Any carbs I eat are whole wheat/grain (rice and the occasional lunch sandwich)..double veg for dinner...no red meat (lots of chicken!). I have been STARVING in the morning hours since I started the program!! I am fine with just having lunch and dinner, but I wake up starving, and 2 hours after having a sensable breakfast, all I want to do is eat, eat, eat until lunchtime. Then i'm good haha. I just usually have fruit and granola bar as a snack in between. Angel, at least you're doing something!! Sometimes you have to ease yourself in at your own pace. Good for you that you're trying! Soon enough you'll be right on pace! I have been going strong so far with my start so far! It is really helping having my bridesmaid doing it along with me. We motivate each other alot!
