My girls and I just made their bouquets last night, and I think they turned out pretty good. The flowers have been laying around for awhile, so they need a little TLC, but other than that, it worked out fine (and was pretty easy!). I didn't have enough white lilies for myself, so I will be making my bouquet today after I get back to the store. But heres a pic so far of what we did yesterday!

I am also just going with the complimentary package. I purchased orange and white lanterns to hang from the Pandero Terrace for my cocktail hour, orange sashes for the aisle chairs at the ceremony, and I am also making a personalized aisle runner. Since I am making my own bouquet, they have agreed to give me a flower piece for the altar instead (since the brides bouquet is included free). Marteeni -- I have a LOT of documents from ASP on my home computer. When I get home from work tonight, I'll send what I have to you! When is your wedding?

I am doing my TTD the next day off-site as well. We are just going to a local Playa del Carmen beach. Guess I should figure out where the good spots are!! The cenote pictures can be very beautiful, just not my thing. Alisa I can't wait to see yours!

I booked Octavio Montes. I had a contract set with him for awhile now and I JUST got my approval. He would have been really flexible though if I couldn't have had him at the resort (full refund up to 30 days).

Erin I ALWAYS find deals for free photobooks! If you have some more time to wait, and you want to try and save money, I would definitely try to hold off! I can let you know when I hear of any deals too if you want? I have a lot of the good couponing sites on my facebook, and I always see when they have deals. I made our guestbook for free and just paid shipping, and it looks amazing -- picture wrapped cover and all! I used Picaboo and loved what they had to offer. If you do really want to use them now, I have a save 25% off 11 X 14 or 12 X 12 classic custom photobooks code -- BIG25 -- that is good until April 30. I'm sure I'll get more deals.

Hey Ladies!!! Long time no talk!!! ) I just started week 9 and am in the home stretch!! I am so excited with my results so far! I just had my first dress fitting last week and my wedding gown fit me PERFECT!! (its a corset, so its adjustable). I remember just a few months ago when I put it on when it first came in and I was in tears...now I am SO excited!! I ended up ordering my TTD a size up because of my wedding gown being small the last time I was in, and now she has to take it in over an inch! (probably more after the next 4 weeks is up!). I didn't get to take pictures at the 60 day mark, but my dress fitting was proof enough that my body is definitely changing. ) How is every else's progress!?!

Thanks!! I try as much as I can to get great deals. Monday I found a $5 off coupon for Physicians Formula makeup, printed 3, and got concealer, eye liner and eye shadow for a total of $1.70! My friend that got me started introduced it to me right as all of those little things were matching up, so it was a perfect way to get me excited about starting! I haven't decided about when to give the bags yet :oP Part of me thinks it would be nice to give them as people arrive, so that they will get more use out of them, but part of me also things it would be nice to wait just 1 day and have a nice present for them when they leave the party. Thanks for your input on it though, I think the welcome party would be nice too. I guess I'm just torn because I also think it would nice for them to be able to use everything starting on the first day? Ahh!! haha

Thanks! The mug actually has an inside chamber that separates the inside mug part from the outside plastic part. When you open it, you can remove the paper inside and replace it with your own label. and yep, it is all behind the plastic!

Aww not stupid!! ) They come with a template inside, so I just used the template to cut out the correct size and actually printed out my design on Avery sticky name tags. Here is the finished project that might help that make more sense.

Have you considered travel mugs?? I bought design your own travel mugs from the dollar tree and put in my own design. Its a great way for your guests to keep their drinks cool, and bartenders will fill them up! Here is a pic of what I made:

Honestly, I sent real basic STD's about 14 months out, and sent my actual invites (with TA info) about 10 months out. From my experience, most of my guests (us included) were booked by 6 months out. Rates will change ALL the time, so I didn't give ANY info on pricing and just told them the following: "To ensure the best possible pricing and inclusion in our group booking, we are providing contact information to our wedding travel agent and encourage you to take advantage of her services. Her packages include round-trip airfare, ground transportation and hotel accommodations." """ In my opinion, this is something you should probably just bite the bullet, get quotes now, and pick the best person (and don't look back!). If you guests feel like they can get a better rate by waiting, let them wait, but I think you should give everyone the option. My guests were begging for booking info up to a year in advance, so I gave it to them! I hope this helps!?!

My girls bought their shoes and dresses, so I bought their necklaces, earrings, wristlets and hair flowers. The vendor I used on etsy that made hair flower made smaller matching flowers for all of my girls! I was very happy with how they all turned out. I also had a vendor on etsy make custom wristlets to match the orange from their hair flowers!

I am having lanterns at my cocktail party at the Pandero Terrace and am using a combo of white and orange. I too think the all white looks very elegant, but I wanted that pop of color! Here is a pic from a previous bride with the all white at the Pandero. I actually went as far as to put pictures of an orange lantern I found online scattered around the picture below in place of some of the white and decided it would look good. Since all of the chairs and linens seem to be white, I think its nice to have that pop somewhere!

Yep, you can do them all in one day! I did like 16 within a 1/2 hour lol. I had perfected the method and got tired of it by the end, but I got it done. Once you do the first order, you just go back into your portfolio and re-add them to your cart and do it all over again. (hint -- you CAN actually skip all of that extra stuff (their effort to sell other stuff to you) by adding it to your cart and then clicking back to your homepage. They ended up just delivering all 16 orders together at one time anyway.

Do you have links in your email that you click on for the free stuff? Are you trying to order more than 1 at a time? I had to make several orders with 1 of each thing to make it work (ie. 1 t-shirt, 1 tote, 1 postit, 1 pen = 1 order). I think I ended up paying about $4 per order for shipping, which I was fine with. Let me know if you need more help!

Thanks so much!! I have a nice size train when the bustle isn't up like that, but I'm VERY happy with how the bustle is going to turn out! She tried a few different options and this by far was the best. I follow quite a few couponing sites and have a friend that introduces a lot to me also. There are almost always coupons out there for shout wipes -- the most recent i've seen is 55 cents off 1 -- which you can use on the travel size. I was lucky enough to store a $2 off 2, so got the trial sizes all free! Same with the Johnson and Johnson first aid kits..I had a $3 off 3 coup and got those all for free too. If you need multiples of the same coupon, you can buy them from a coupon clipping service online! That's what I did! I used www.coupondede.com I believe, but you can find them on ebay even.
