So our dresses came to be delivered on Friday, we werent home...I was impatient so we drove the hour and met the UPS truck at the hub to pick them up! I couldn't get the box open fast enough!! It was amazing that 7 dresses fit in that little box! The turned out great! I had never seen them in our colors and they are perfect!! I am sooooo excited to give them to my BM's!!!

I wouldn't feel obligated to invite her at all. My mom was not able to come with me with the exception of my first shopping experience (I knew I would not get my dress at the stores that we went to b/c it was my hometown and I live 5 hours from there) but the rest were actually better going myself or with one person...you can focus more on what YOU want and not be influenced into liking something else that they like. Â Once I found my dress, ordered it, and it came in, I made an appointment for the weekend that my mom was in town, and invited my BM and my MIL (we actually were on the outs prior to the event but have been talking ever since!). This was the first time anyone was seeing MY actual dress, including me, and that still made it special and in the end, she was really happy that she was invited and she actually thanked me!!!

I am walking down with my dad, but if for some reason, he wouldn't be able to make it, I would have had my brother walk me down; or even my sister who is my MOH.

We chose the Gran Bahia, and we are getting married on May 7th, 2011. We chose it for a couple reasons... 1 - have you seen the gazebo!?!!!! 2 - it is an all-inclusive that allows children 3 - They have 1 wedding per day 4 - The gazebo is far away from the half naked people on the beach and they won't be in your pictures then!! 5 - have you seen the gazebo!?!!!!

Who plays the music during the bouquet/garter toss? Another bride also mentioned that they had the first dances right after the wedding ceremony...who runs the music then too?! Did you bring your own music along??

Who was in charge of playing the music for this part? Did you have them on a CD/Ipod....what did they have set up for you?

I have no idea what we are going to do other than I am for sure having silk flowers for everyone who is having/carrying/wearing flowers. Beyond that...I have no idea as far as the decorations. I do want flowers on the gazebo, but if the money in the package will go farther with another company...I def. want to explore that option!
