I ran back out and bought some so i can start my work week out with the ACV...organic...unfiltered and pasteurized...Field Day Organic brand...on sale for all of $3.39 for a 32 oz bottle.  I will let let you know what I think of it   I used crushed up walnuts with some splenda for a crust for a low(ish) fat and carb cheescake I made a couple weeks ago...I brought it to a party (generally I am the wine girl..I don't make the food) and it was almost all gone...and people actually liked it...simple no bake recipe...but more locarb..than low-calorie.  Is anyone else doing low-carb? I can post some of those recipes.... Â

The Holidays:: Jewish Ho;lidays coming up next couple of weeks

I'm doing low carb...and thinking when I make it (it sound SO yummy!) that instead of the flour..I'll use some sort of crushed nuts (and as I am 5 years old..i am totally giggling as i typed that!) into a flour consistency...it won't be as batter-like...but I'm sure it will still be good. Â And I'm so annoyed at myself...I've been to 3 different grocery stores today...and forgot Apple Cider Vinegar at all 3.....can't decide if I want to go and run and get...or just do it tomorrow....
