Girrrrrl, I am going to do it... My hair is thin on the edges of the right side of my head. It has been thin like that since I was younger and my mom used to put them tight ponytails in my hair...so I am going to have her praid it on the left side instead. Which means I may need to be on the right side when we are at the alter instead on on the left like it is normally done. Uh oh! I think I have found another thread to start! "Does the bride have to stand on the left side or can they stand on the right?" I have already found some interesting information about this topic on theknot.com. The shop name is crafting4u ....Her name is Lisa and she was awesome!. She went the extra mile and went to Davids Bridal in her area and made sure the colors matched perfectly...She also made out pillow and flowergirl basket. That is initially what I went to purchase from her. My jumping broom was the first one she made but I was glad she was able to make everything match! Aww I'm sorry it did work out. I am afraid to try and straighten my hair for fear that my natural curls wont come back...lol I told my fiance that if my hair is an epic fail before the wedding I will be wearing my signature straight back ponytail with a flower on the side...lol Im just glad i have a nice full pony when i pull it back. He gonna tell me i better pu it up on the side or something like this one. But I don't know if my hair would be that full once pulled up to the side. My hair is fine textured. He gonna say you better pic it out of something! LMAO! We all need to make sure we have a back up plan

There are cash machines but I wouldn't plan on using it for a number of reasons... There is usually a withdrawl limit You dont want your credit card company or bank to block your card for suspicious activity since you will be out of the country. The surcharges on the ATM's are out of control (so I heard) I think I am going to split everyone's money into separate envelopes and lock it up in the room when I get there. Also, they charge the room then pay the DJ from that unless you are getting an outside DJ. The DJ does collect tips up front though. You should clarify with the WC.

I love the idea! as a mater of fact If you don't get full participation on this you can send it to me after your wedding (like sisterhood of the traveling pants ) My wedding is a month after yours. If you haven't already you should start a thread so we can see who all would be interested. that way we could get a list going and have all the brides in order!. It may even be better to just mail it to everyone instead of leaving it with the WC. Like you said we don't want them just giving it to anyone Felicia

Depending on where you are financially I wouldn't waist money on an extra room not even for an hour. I would just kick the groom out, like I am doing. for the night before the wedding he is switching rooms with my cousin who has a single room. He will still hang out with his boys but they all have girlfriends and wives that are coming so he won't be staying in one of their rooms. Also, i am just working on things as they come. Especially as i see good deals and ideas on BDW. For example, as soon as I seen all of the great welcome books on BDW I started working on them. I will be ordering my dress today. Depending on how long you have until your big day, I just say do things as they come. Don't Stress, the only thing so far that I have found to be severely time sensitive is ordering the dress. It can take 12-20 weeks for your dress to come back. that could be up to 5 months!! If you are like me and have less then 5 months left you should order it now! lol

I agree...this wedding planning is taking up most of my time and money! I haven't planned anything extra, vacation wise until after the wedding. I can't even focus when trying to plan something else...lol

I hadn't thought much about the night before but I wanted everyone to do something special together the morning of like a jeep safari! But Brett wants to not see me until I walk down the aisle. I just feel like our guest will only be there 3 nights so y spend the greater part of one day divided? Oh well, this looks like another decision of his I will give in to. No biggie....it will probably be more exciting that way too. So on the night before the wedding Brett will switch rooms with my cousin who will be rooming by herself the other nights. That way he can hang with his boys and come and go as he pleases.

I plan on seeing it soon. We have a dollar theater around here... well it used to be a dollar but like everything else it has gone up so now its like $3. But that is where we can go see all the movies right before they come out on DVD. After seeing this thread I think I am going to add some sea shells to my broom. Google is your friend you can find all sorts of pics... shot and long styles!... If your hair is short I wouldn't go unbe-weavable but you can find something nice. Or you could always go the carribean way and get some type of braid style. There is plent of inspration online you just have to look.
