    If you are interested I have a great photographer we are using in Mexico, Cancun. He is from New York and his prices are excellent. His work is amazing! He has been doing this for many years and knows what he is doing. His editing is amazing as well. We have used him over the years for different events and have never been disappointed. You would have to take care of his hotel and air but other than that his prices range depending on what exactly you want. Let me know if your interested.

    My cousin got married at the Iberostar in Riviera Maya. It was very nice, the food was good, drinks were good. Wedding was on the beach .. she loved the WC and it wasnt very expensive. Check it out!

    Also another thing I forgot to mention before was we went to one spot in Dominican Republic that was actually much cheaper and stayed there for a week. The place was nice but not nice for a wedding. There gazebo was dirty and broken ... needed serious repairs.. after that we decided to spend some more money and get married at a nicer place.

    Even if you are stopped they shouldnt give you a problem. Just let them know its for a wedding there. Also you dont have to declare anything when you are going to the resort you only declare what you are brining back. I have heard from other brides to take receipts with you when traveling just in case.

    Chris and I have been to a bunch of Sandals resorts. The one in Jamaica Ocho Rios and also the one in Antigua were really nice! Great for a honeymoon. Everyone there is either engaged or married so its a lot of fun because you get to socialize with other couples. We had a blast, plus its all inclusive so you dont carry money around with you during the day.

    Thank you everyone! You are all so sweet! This forum is great, it has been so helpful!! @ futuremrs.s2011- the reason why we picked this hotel at first was because of the wedding gazebo off the cliff. It took us months to find a place and we looked all over Dominican Republic, Aruba and Mexico. We heard from friends that have been to the dreams cancun that the food was good and they actually saw a few people get married there and thought it was amazing. The prices are a little higher than most other resorts but it truly is a beautiful place! We can not wait till January.

    Ladies, Chris & I ordered invitations from a website that sends you the plastic bottles, paper, little parasols along with sand and seashells. We took care of the writing on our printer along with the rvsp cards and put everything together which wasnt hard at all. We even burned the sides of the paper to make it look really cool. Check these out they are only 1.99 each and the shipping was 1.75 for each of them once they were completed. The site can take care of everything for you but they charge more. www.invitationinabottle.com
