The best way with RIU is simply get photographer a room for one night and then he will have no limitations whatsoever. I would recommend Frank Panaro Photography who does alot of weddings at RIU in Ochos Rios. Does great work but prices are anywhere from $2500 and up for photography only. He is excellent and did my wedding. Lots of photos on site from RIU, Ochos Rios. Website is www.frankpanarophotography.com All these big resorts want you to use their hotel photo studio, but they are below average usually. If you want beautiful wedding day images, then you have no choice but to use an outside photographer as you will be happy in the years after your wedding day when you look back at the wedding day photos and videos. He has apackage for day for $3000.00 which is what I received. He was with us for 7-8 hours. We received about 1100 good useable images. He did a great job. I cried when I saw the photos as he has a ability to capture true real moments throughout the day. The Best !!!! I have been to numerous weddings in Punta Cana and its lovely in the resorts. I have visited Grand Palladium 2 times and is extremely nice with a gorgeous beach and friendly staff. You will love the resort as its very nice. A good photographer who does Destination Weddings only from Miami who I would recommend is Frank Panaro Photography. Does great work but prices are anywhere from $2500 and up for photography only. He is excellent and did my wedding. Will make you both real happy. Katie, Congratulations on wedding in Aruba. I can definitely recommend a great photographer who does alot in Aruba. He did my wedding and is very good and dependable. He lives in Miami, Florida. I want to recommend a great photographer from Florida but he travels for weddings. He is in range of $2500 and up but well worth it. Beautiful photographs garanteed. Hello and hope all is well. I do not know of a wedding planner in Jamaica, but I can give you a excellent photographer who does destination weddings all over Caribbean. His website is www.frankpanarophotography.com He is normally priced and he did my wedding and friends. Most of all resorts in Jamaica have wedding planners on staff anyway. Jamaica is a beautiful Island and November is a beautiful time to visit. They drive a bit crazy so be careful if you rent a car. Best of Luck always in your planning.

My name is Sarah Rogers and we were married at Couples Swept Away Resort in Negril, Jamaica on March 4, 2010.Let me start by saying that the best decision I have made was selecting Couples Swept Away for my wedding. One of my friends was married there and I liked what I saw. Once we booked our wedding we were real excited and could not wait till our wedding day. When the wedding did arrive and we arrived in jamaica, it was off to a good start. Our flight was on time and made it to Montego Bay on schedule. We also enjoyed the drive to Negril. Once we arrived and checked in we were treated very well. Excellent staff. Real friendly and courteous. Our room was beautiful and quite and we had no complaints at all. We stayed at CSA for 10 days and it was excellent and I cant wait to go back. We had about 20 guests at wedding and we had also a few days to relax prior to wedding day which we needed. The day of wedding was picture perfect and not a cloud around till late in day but all was well. Pictures were amazing as we used an outside photographer and paid the fee with CSA to bring our own photographer. His name is Frank Panaro and he is from Miami, Florida and specializes in Destination Weddings. It was more money this way but well worth every dime as Frank did a great job as you can see by photos. All I can say is that if you want real high quality photojournalistic images then Frank is the guy. Couples did a great job with all the flowers and everything was on time. The reception was on the beach and we had a dance floor on the sand that CSA had put there for dancing later in evening. The food at reception was awesome and everybody was stuffed and then then the partying started and did we party till 11:30. Everybody left with a big smile on their faces. The day after we just stayed on ocean and enjoyed ocean waters. All I can say is that CSA did a great job and difinitely have your wedding here.
