  1. I found mine on etsy.com with designer bloomsnbows and it was $12.95 with shipping  http://www.etsy.com/shop/bloomsnbows  Â
  2. Do you have a review that you can share with the forum on your experience with the resort and your wedding there? Thanks!
  3. I am planning a Feb 2011 wedding at Crown Paradise Club Cancun from advice from a travel agent and have been very happy with the value so far!
  4. I found this designer on etsy.com and she is very reasonable! http://www.etsy.com/shop/bloomsnbows
  5. I am also using Norma Zurama with MAC and am super excited! I have read great things about her and because I was on a budget the other ones were just not in the books for me. I'd love to see make-up pics of other brides too for some ideas if you could post them in this thread. Good luck everyone!
  6. Keep the pics coming! I'm trying to decide on a flower or not and would love to see more pics of other brides and where you bought it or how you made it!
  7. I think that we will also be getting married by a judge here at home. Not sure if it's before or after or Mexico ceremony but it will save us time, money and headaches. My FI is from Cambodia but born in the Philippines and now a US citizen. I have been married before and don't want to re-hash my past and pay $30 a page to translate my divorce decree and get other legal docs to support it. That was the past and it's been yrs so I just can't see spending that kind of money on my part and dealing with all the hassle of translating my FI birth cert twice. It's all about what's important to you and your wedding date can be whatever you want. Besides once you get married you very rarely ever need to document your "legal" wedding date. Good Luck!

  11. Here is my dress, a test market dress by Mori Lee. I can't wait till december when I get to see it again!!

Hang in there....I was nervous about booking too and then it all worked out! I now have my dress, my BM dresses, my photographer, make up artist and my shoes! I'm working on my flowers.....I hope the time goes by fast
  13. What are current or past brides doing for thier groom's suit or wedding day attire? We can't rent a suit here where we will live because of when they have to be returned, so do we need to buy one or is there places to get suits in Mexico? Help!!!!
  14. I'm getting married in Cancun at the Crown Paradise, as a recommendation from a travel agent, and it has been GREAT! They have really reasonable prices for my guests right now, $1080 a person for air and all inclusive hotel for 7 days 6 nights. They also don't have huge fees for using outside vendors like many of the other resorts. I only have to pay $150 for my photographer and my make-up and hair person can come for free. We also have an option for a private 3 hour dinner for $30 a person which also includes a DJ. The wedding coordinator, Evelyn, is also very easy to work with via e-mail. Hope all works out!

  17. Hey ladies! I'm super excited like the rest of you but now I don't really have anything to do until we know the number of people coming then we will decide our dinner etc. I am getting married on a budget and so far I have been able to pull it off I do recommend Ivan Luckie Photography- He is easy to work with and has lots of good reviews on this website. Congrats all
