Hi Sarah! I'm completely the same way as you are and tossing between colors and choices. I'd tend to do all purple if I were you ST58 is nice in stainless and white!! I might end up ordering the PT88... I've placed a tentative order but haven't processed the charges yet!

Good to know!.... I've seen other threads where the brides were completely happy too... I guess opinions and levels of satisfaction will vary!

I've booked Cafe Med for my welcome/rehearsal dinner too! It's awesome there, I especially love the band *but watch out for mosquitos!!!. Did you girls also have to choose just a few items from a menu or are they letting you order from the whole menu? When I went there in Sept, my mom and I had 3 plates with every dinner so we could try all the yummy dishes! I found it surprising that they asked me to pick from the menu? Jen - who is doing your hair/makeup? Are you doing a trial first too? I can't believe you're BIG day is just around the corner!! I wish you all the best and hope you have a beautiful wedding in Panama! Take lots of pics and will be looking forward to your review!!

OMG! This is such a helpful thread!!! It answers a lot of my questions but I have a few more... What if we're having a Catholic ceremony abroad? and I think we have to have a civil wedding prior to as well? I can't tell you how confusing this whole process is... from gathering all the documents, translations, wedding certificate, marriage licence, the list goes on and on......

Many hotels do not let bride's ship large cargo/boxes beforehand *so I've read*.... but it might be worth asking your WC at the resort. The alternative would be to fly down with your large bins and boxes and just pay extra luggage fees, it might work out cheaper than getting stuck with overweight luggage fees! or try spreading the items/bags with your parents and wedding party

Regarding the party - I think I'm going to try to convince my Mom to throw a Bon Voyage BBQ so I can hand out the OOT bags to those that can come and give any extras for my relatives who won't be able to make it. We depart on Victoria day Monday, so something on the Saturday would be perfect!!

PBP - I'll have a lot of wedding stuff also! I'm flying with Air Transat/Nolitours, I'll do the same and ask my TA. Its SO EASY to get carried away with adding little handy cute items into the OOT bag that it adds up *both in weight and $$$$ LOL

I think I'm going to bite the bullet and just order from discountmugs.com, they have a 25% off sale NOW until january 5th, and I figure that I'll be going down to NYC to visit family in a few months to pick em up. I just hope I don't get interrogated by customs at the border and have to pay taxes!! FYI - another friend of mine just had their DW in Aruba and used (www.admar.ca) a promo company that his work used, but I won't be using them.

Perhaps another case of wanting what you don't already own/have???? I actually have an Allure ruffle skirt gown (8705) and have my own 'dress wobbles' because I am in love with a Pronovias LACE gown.... I do love the ruffles though!!! *tough decision* stick with your gut instinct is what all my girlfriends are telling me!

Hi Mocha, Yikes! I already ordered my sisters (MOH) dress!! The girl Nicole from bigdaydress actually told me that #20 is more typical coral (more pink), and I risked ordering #9 since my color is more on the darker papaya side.... we'll have to see when it comes!! I'll post pics when I get it in early Feb.
