This is a great idea. I may switch my idea of doing beach towels and do tshirts instead. You could do different colors for the younger generation like one color for the guys and a different colors for girls. Just a thought, they look great though. -
I am still being told you cant have the ceremony in English with a legal ceremony even though some on here have before. Is it different once you get there? That is what Ive been told on here.

They have been doing the same to me. Everything is on our website yet people email asking where to get the package prices and how to book. It gets frustrating.

Has anyone used KHR reservation service to book their rooms. MY WC has gotten our room rates through them and they sent a contract to be signed and you have to make copies of your credit card and license to fax to them. Our parents did not feel like this was a safe thing to do. I am calling them tomorrow but they gave us better rates than what the resort would give. We are getting married in 4 months and still have no one booked!!

Did you rent your vases at the ceremony from them or bring them with you? About how much were they to rent if you did?

Are you doing the catamaran cruise for your rehearsal dinner, I was thinking of doing that. Who did you go through and how much was it if you don't mind me asking?

I forgot how much is it to rent their projector and equipment for slide show I remeber it was a lot but now I am kind of interested in doing it but not sure if it is worth the cost

They were trying to say 850 per person, so 1700 per couple for only 4 nights, plus flights are 450 per person, 900 per couple which equals 2600 per couple for only 4 nights!!! I think that is a little ridiculous. We are still waiting on a rate if we block 30 rooms. I'm extremely aggravated with the resort!

I've been waiting about a month and I'm going through a wedding coordinator through a destination wedding agency, she says she should have them this week.

I am so getting frustrated b/c some of our guest want to book their rooms and the resort has still not finalized our room rates with a room block. So frustrating....

We are still waiting on a cost for people if we block 20 rooms. It is taking forever! I hope we can save some money. Do any of you know what discount they normally give when you do that?

So almost 200 for hair and makeup that is a little ridiculous. I think some may want to get their hair done but some won't.

So I am told our reception has been moved in between buildings 3 and 4 basically on the opposite side as the zavas plaza. I'm still really disappointed but I want it to be beautiful so I'm going to try and make the best of it. I feel that we should get 20% off the private event since they messed up. Any ideas for decorations to make it pretty. They say it is like the zavas plaza area minus the gazebo in the middle. Also, does anyone know how much it is for brdiesmaids to get their hair done. I have the spa menu but it doesn't specifically say I don't think.

Well I am still confused on where they have put my reception b/c the zavas terrace looks way too small for 60 or more people. Is it weird having your wedding in Spanish I guess I was just thinking it would be in English (never thought about it).

I think we are going to end up having around 60 guests so I think that place would be too small unless people back out since flight prices have gone up. I will have to ask my WC where they put me, I'm not sure what the other larger areas are.
