Ooh, I really like this one. I like the pop of color. I am so indecisive on what to do with my hair or what to wear in my hair. I"m leaning towards a birdcage veil and flower with either my hair all up kind of messy, or half up half down. But, then there's the flower decision too. I think with the veil though, a plain white would look best but I LOVE the fuschia!! AHHHHHH

Thanks girls! There are so many wonderful ones and we don't even have all of the pics yet!! Brandy, the photographer I used is an amateur. She had passed out her information at the Running of the Brides in DC and so I contacted her. She did it all for free! (Well, I paid her for her time even though she didn't ask) She is going to send me a disk with all the photos on it too. Her name is Kristin Lancaster. She was great. We did the pics in Alexandria. I really wanted to go to Glen Echo Park. Have you seen pics there? It's a really cool place, but it was too far away. I think Alexandria was fabulous though. )

Yes, I check out all of her stuff, and I'm so excited to have her for a photographer. The girl who did these photos is just an amateur and they turned out great. I can't even imagine what MA is gonna do!! I haven't actually looked just yet, but I only need like 8 or so.

Hey girls, So, I actually got some wedding planning done this weekend. I have a ton of DIY projects that I want to get working on. We got some of our engagement pics in and I love them!! There are still a ton more to see too. Here is a pic of our centerpieces. We are going to have turquoise table runners and I'm considering having sand and seashells on the table, but I'm not sure if the sand will look bad. So, maybe just some seashells.

Nan, so are bringing this person to the resort? Isn't there a vendor fee you will have to pay? Or, are you going to them?

Hey Maggie, How are you working the welcome beach party? I was thinking of using our "free" cocktail party for the welcome party, and if we could do a dance party after, that would be great. Did you discuss this with your wedding coordinator?

You are doing great!! Believe me, you will come to a lull period, where there's not too much to do. That's where I am now. Well, there's stuff to do but it needs to wait til later. What do you mean by "fake" cake? I am debating on what to do about our cake scenario. It's so expensive for a large group.

I don't have my actual flowers yet, but should be receiving final pics soon. I will share with you when I do, so you can see if you'd be interested in her. She is modagefloral on etsy. A lot of her work has feathers, but my bouquet does not. She has sent me pics of the actual flowers being used and they look like they're good quality, and she has great reviews. I'm hoping they turn out beautiful!! They have a website. Let me know if you want me to look it up for you. I know he does good work, because I had looked into him, but the resort charges that pesky vendor fee. So, I think I am going to go with the resorts make up. They seem to do a good job. )

I believe you go to the resorts and villas section, find the resort, and post the review there. Hope this helps!!
