Well it wouldn't be just me & FI eloping because his family is really excited about the idea and a couple of our friends have already said they would go. It's just my side of the family refusing or unable to travel They all live in MD and have pretty small yards. My mom's is decent but half of it is taken up with a ginormous swing set and a dog house so that wouldn't work.

My entire family won't be able to go to Mexico for some reason or other, so I don't know if I should have an AHR or a casual pre-wedding thing (since we're doing the legal stuff at home anyway) Nothing in this area seems affordable though AT ALL! Any ideas?

You can try Sascha Gluck or Ivan Luckie. Both offer services under $2000. I personally wouldn't trust my wedding photos to someone who has never shot a wedding before.

I really like the PDC but I'm worried about how crowded it is and having "stragglers" in the background of my ceremony photos. Is it really as bad as it looks in some of the photos?
