well for the next 4 weeks, i only plan to do the shred 1X a week. i'm working on speed training for an upcoming 5K (the terry fox run) with a goal to beat my previous 5K time, so I've put together a pretty intense 7 day a week training program mixing running, riding (i'm a horseback rider), strength training and the shred! Unfortunately the shred takes too long to do for nights when I have a ride and strength scheduled. When I get home at 7pm, I think it will be easier to do some strength circuits vs. the shred before making supper. Saturdays will by my shredding day so we'll see how that goes!!! Â kudos to all you ladies for keeping up with it!
