If you want to work on your mid-section, I recommend trying Jillian Michaels Six-Week, Six-Pack. I only just bought it but the workout seems more realistic than laying there just doing sit ups. I agree with her when she says you can't get a flat tummy just from pounding out sit-ups. It is a combination of movements such as the plank pose, side plank, etc that will help. She incorporates so many different movements that aren't sit ups in the program and I can tell you, my abs burn when I'm done the workout! Just some food for thought!
