  5. that's good advice Brandy. i LOVE my dress, but there was a point after I bought it that i was still watching Say Yes To The Dress and looking online at dresses. I had to stop myself because I kept seeing different styles that I really liked and started worrying that mine wasn't the right one!
  6. there's also The Bride's Project in toronto that's worth checking out. Most are used dresses, but all in perfect condition. the big plus here is all proceeds from the sales go to breast cancer research. http://www.thebridesproject.com/
  7. mocha - when are you coming back home??? (and Lisa for you too) .. there's a store in Toronto, near Yorkdale (I forget the name, but i'm trying to find it online right now for you) ... anyway every dress in the store are only $250! They are NEW just end-of-the-line older dresses going back to i think 2008 collection. Apparantly the store is set up into sizes. So you go to your size and see what they have. I had actually planned to go buy my dress there, but ended up in Port Perry first where I found mine and bought it on the spot.

Brandy - i'm so sorry to hear this about your koozies!!! maybe try sending an email to the people at cheaptotes.com??? they were really great to deal with for my bag and i was even emailing back and forth about koozies. the only reason we officially decided against was because they didn't have the colour. http://cheaptotes.com/cheap_koozies.html

  22. I love me my breakfasts!! I always go all out in the morning as i need the food/energy to keep me going. my favourite lately is a banana or sweet potato pancake!!! 3/4C oats (as in rolled oats, no instant stuff) 2 tbsp milk (any type of milk works) 1 egg handful of walnut pieces cinnamon either 1/2 banana or 1/2 sweet potato - mashed Mix it all together and pour into a non stick frying pan. Flatten it down to form a 'pancake' shape and cook slowly on med-low heat. Top with berries (this am it was blue berries) and a drizzle of syrup. SOOOO GOOD!!!
