and he's still got an aunt/uncle/cousin who've been saying since xmas that they're coming but haven't booked to give us firm numbers!! grr

oh i almost forgot!!! we found out this weekend that we have 2 more CONFIRMED guests!!! ahhh!!!! ... his aunt is like "oh btw, i booked your cousins for the wedding" ... thank goodness i bought enough extras to be able to cover them but part of me is peeved!! way to wait until the last min!

i literally had to sit him down yesterday and lay down the law!! lol i was like "6 weeks!! that's what we have left!! we need to get these things mailed out!!!" ... his response "yeah...you're right..." LMAO..

Hi Brandy!!! thanks! Luggage tags are ALMOST done!!! we have half all packed and ready to go (already gave the parents theirs to save postage) ... i just have to glue the rest of them. FI is home today, but I know there's no way he'll do them, so I told him no if's ands or buts... we're doing them after dinner tonight!!! he's such a procrastinator!! lol

Good morning everyone!! Looks like you all had a great long-weekend. I certainly did! We literally did nothing yesterday but watch movies!!! got 3 in! Had supper with my parents on Saturday and got a good chunk of the iron-ons done on the OOT bags. I only screwd up 2!! GAH!! thank goodness I ordered extras! Apparantly I couldn't directly iron onto my bags due to the fabric. So I sort of melted one a bit... OOPS! .. then my mom stepped in. After putting a dish towel in the bag and then another over top of the iron on, she was able to figure it out. Here's how they look. They obviously don't look as good as they would have if they had been screen printed professionally, but i'm happy with them! They're homemade and I'm sure guests won't mind! My mom is going to finish them up this week.

Sarah -- I found all of my first aid kits at the dollerama in the oshawa center. and for those of you looking for OOT bags... i bought mine off of cheaptotes.com and the price was amazing! $20 for 18 of them including shipping!!! they came in less than a week too

FI moved into my house too! .. some days i definitely think it would be nice to just sell and move to one that is "ours" but when we think about it, the location and price of my house now is pretty much perfect. We've decided just to renovate to 'our' likings to make it fresh and new!!

i am SO glad that it's a long weekend!! it's "family day" up here. That means sat and sun we can work on crossing things off our list and Monday we can RE-LAX!!!

that's a good question about the engraving on tungsten Brandy .. i'm wondering too! I would love to get FI's engraved "goose poop forever" .. an inside thing that no one would understand!! might be hard to explain in writing.. haha

My weekend to do list: - get all the logos ironed-on the OOT bags - finish luggage tags - fix up dress so she's all ready to go (i need to glue on some loose beading) - get pre-travel brochures + luggage tags mailed out

i'm not going to lie.. during christmas time it was sOOOO dead here at work. i literally brought in all of my crafting stuff one day and made paper snowflakes at my desk for the ENTIRE day!!!! .... the day after that i brought our mac in and watched Netflix all day! LOL

now that i've finished up with my vista orders, i haven't been able to do much wedding wise from work lately!! ..aside from chatting on here lol!!! i dont' think it would go over well if i started bringing in all of my crafty things to assemble stuff here!!

That'll give me something to work on when I'm bored here at work!
