krsmith, Sarah is absolutely amazing to work with! One word of advise is to book her now and tell her when you want her to start. It's only $40 or $50 dollars to lock in your date so I would do that. Once you book her, she will send you a questionaire which is very extensive. It is as simple as asking your name, wedding date etc...an extensive as what your vision is, colors, themes etc. I also sent a few pictures and our color palette as example of things that we liked. Sarah nailed our vision on the first try but not just that, she sent 3 different concepts that she came up with. Out of the 3 we loved 2 and had a hard time choosing. Even our bridal party was mixed (this is how much fun we had). In either case, after all was said and done she is very reasonable for what we wanted. I don't want to scare anyone about pricing so I will pm you. Just now that we are not DIY people at all. I mean there are very few things that I will do, however; being a VP of 5 health centers, having a very active 10 year old, and with FI being a bus driver, our schedules aren't friendly for DIY stuff.. ;-) All in all we purchased: 150 Boarding Passes with our return address on the envelopes, and all envelopes were addressed to each of our guest (I sent her names and addresses in a word document) Our envelopes are shimmer as well as the STDs it helps to bring out our colors and is a little thicker. The holder is a new paper out which feels so silky and smooth which cost a little more. We are sending these out on the on the 13th of April, as we will have everything settled with our TA and would have added our engagement photos on our website. Speaking of which, if you ladies wouldn't mind going to my website (information on the STD) and tell me what you think. I would appreciate it. It's not finished but almost.

Krsmith, I totally didn't start my weight loss regimen yet and won't plan on doing so until Mid April. I tend to loose pretty quick, so I'm pushing it off until 2 months before I go and say yes to the dress. We are going to keep it simply with the outfits... and incorporate our wedding colors..he will wear a blue polo and jeans and I will wear a pink one with jeans. I may find a pink, casual but sexy dress to change into for a few pics and depending on the weather he may add a blazer or a dress shirt. But that's that.. Thanks for the pump on the teeth... everyone thinks i'm crazy and says "you have good teeth already what are you doing" but hey I'm getting married so hey why not ;-)

Okay Ladies, I was so stressing over our Engagement Session. With FI being a bus driver for the major transportation system here, his schedule is RIDICIOULOUS to say the least. He's off for my birthday week April 3-9th and then again for a week in May. So we were shooting for this time... well my Sorority Sister who I found out is a photographer, does AMAZING work and we were able to get her on the 9th (I'm going to have an awesome Birthday week). The catch to all of this was, that I'm scheduled to get my braces on the 11th (yup I said braces, for 9 months) so time was definitely of the essence, as I will be staying far away from cameras once they are on no worries now.. WHEW

STD's is simply asking them to "save the date" and to tell them that more info/formal invite is coming soon. So I wouldn't be pressed on having all of your information. I have a group rate and this is what is listed on our website.

The carribean terrace is called Terraza Moon they changed the name. The Terraza Gran is called Moon Grand

My TA (who we works with all the time) said the same thing since we will be paying for our stay up front. We have ours set-up so that everyone will have a month to put their inital down payment of $150 down and then begin their monthly payments. This way we will have an early head count, although we know we will have some late comers. I do not have and have never had a contract with my TA however; I do save all of my emails. I would recommend a website all in Spanish as your other (if you have tons of information on their) maybe too lengthy. Just my opinion of course. Our Philosopy was to invite everyone (well not everyone) so that no one feels left out.

Ladies, For anyone interested, I put a review up for my Boarding Pass invites that Sarah from Sproullie Designs did. I received them on Friday, however; I spend my weekends at FI's house and "I'm not allowed to work, just relax there." So, I guess if you do a search or go to vendors, invitations and then Sproullie Designs you will see my review along with 2 pictures. We are ultra excited, and as soon as we receive our stamps I will be mailing these babies out.

Ladies, I'm glad this thread is a help. When iciest startedon BDW there were very little pictures. So at the suggestion of alison15, I started the thread. Hopefully we canget more pictures in hopes of planning great weddings at MP.
