sdamian1, I will definitely post a picture after I purchase the dress. Since I have 2 top number 1's I am going to take the time to sleep on it, mull over the sneak pictures that I have and place myself walking down the ailse. I have until July 31st (the next trunk show) to make up my mind and to loose a few pounds. Then I'll place a picture up. Merrylee, that's an awesome idea and she will be more than appreciative of this gesture. If I may suggest, go to Michaels, AC Moore etc.. and get a little gable box, put some colorful tissue paper (of your wedding colors in their), a ring pop, your card, and some other cute little non-expensive items that you would want her to have. Trying on dresses was fun but you sure do get hot taking on, off etc. Defintiely take a a few pictures of things that you like.

Hello Ladies! Our day went very very well. A few glitches in that my make-up lady ran 1/2 hour late so 2 of us were not able to get our make-up done. So, I decided that those that lived far away will get there make-up done and they looked great. I was a little disappointed as I wanted to try wedding dresses on looking sharp but hey Life Happens. 1st appointment was great as we were the first persons in the store. They knew the dress I wanted since they ordered it in for me(Romona Keveza) as it was traveling with the trunk shows. Boy oy boy I was in love... and was ready to purchase this but was quickly reminded out the 2:30 appointment that we had. ;-( From there we picked up my future daughter aka step daughter (I don't like calling children step). From there we went to try on the BM dresses (ButterByNadia) and they were so happy..we occupied the owners time along with her Mother-in-law for about 1 1/2 hr which resulted in a 20% discount. SWEET After this 2 persons had to leave us (1BM had to work and Ms. Ellen my make-up lady had a wedding to do). We went to Houlihann's in NJ for a quick bit and drink and made it t our 2nd appt at 2:40. For all of my PA, NJ, NY, DE brides you may want to check out Bridal Gardens and ask for MaryEllen she is freaking amazing to say the least. We were taken as soon as we got in the door, and she greeted all of my bridesmaids, pulled in extra chairs and immediately started in on My vision and concept. I'm very specific but she brought dresses besides the ones that I wanted to try on that were DYNAMIC. In addition, she was willing to match the price of the store that I visited earlier... so it pays to write the name of the previous stores that you visited. THEY Paid attention to that!! We spent about 2 hours there...and I have 2 top number 1's. One of the one's that I picked prior to going in which is a Lazaro dress and the other MaryEllen brought out for me which is a Pronovias. My MOH and BM took sneak pictures every time that she walked out of the room which was great but the quality isn't the best since it was done in a rush...anyway the Lazaro trunk show is in July so I will go back then to get 20%off... and meet the designer himself. Love it. After that we headed to Bonefish Grill in Deptford which is always great. There we headed back to my house to go through some inspiration photos and to go over the day while we drank cocktails. I'm beyond excited as I will go back and purchase "The One" in July. The best part about it all, was that my future daughter shed the first tears which then had me tearing up. So to end this post..We have found our dresses!!!! Have a great rest of your weekend.

Hey ladies, I'm too excited, my MOH is on the road from VA headed this way (PA) for our Ladies weekend. She along with 3 of my bridesmaids will be headed out on the town tomorrow in search of "The One" dress that will rock FI's world and capture all that I am. The day will consist of: -7:30 Breakfast at my house and arrival for those that live in Philly -8am make-up trails with Ms. Ellen (she's also coming to Cancun). She will be hanging out with us, to see our dresses and draw inspiration from the ladies personalities and our dresses. -10am 1st Bridal Appointment -12 pm 1st MOH/BM Appointment -1:30pm drop off the youngest BM/Step daughter (she's 19) at her house. -2:30pm 2nd Bridal Appointment -Lunch/Drinks @ Bonefish Grill Then we head to my house so that the Ladies can try on the Two Birds dresses (I ordered sample dresses from NY). We will go over my inspiration pictures, ideas, DIY projects etc.. while drinking of course. We have a BBQ to go to but our arrival will be decided if it rains. If it rains we will finish up a few DIY projects that I have started Sunday Morning, My MOH and I will visit the Cemetery of our best friend and Honorary MOH. From there we will head to the mall and have lunch at the Cheesecake Factory. We will shop and MOH will be on the road by 3. I'll let you ladies know how everything went. Have a great weekend.

I wasn't planning on having a bridal shower and in fact was dead set against it. However; so many people have been askign my bridemaids to let them know when the shower is. So, we will be having one. Minimum is 6 months from the date of your wedding. Anything after that would be considered a rush shipment and will cost you more. I am actually going to 2 places this weekend.. I picked both locations as they carry at least 5 of the designers that I love. However; I gave myself until Sept to pick my dress.

My colors are fuschia and turquoise.
