TropicLover, What I did to get started at least and to give myself a jump was to purchase things in 50's. Some items I have more of depending on how they were packaged. I kept a list of where I purchased the items just in case I need more for those last minute persons. But the good thing about this is you can always sell things on this site as well as others. I just sold extra oot items (even after keeping enough items to make 15 more sets) on the Moon Palace 2012 forum. At least this way things are not at a complete financial loss. Hope this helps

brendee2005, I know this is easier said than done but, don't fret! I too sent my STD's out in April and while most people were given a heads up way in advance of our DW wedding we still have some that say "I'm going, I'm gonna book". Those Type A persons like myself when it comes to planning in advance along with those that stick to deadlines booked already, however; we still have those that 'will wait to see if they can get a better price" and or truly trying to determine if they can go. If it wasn't for the state of the economy I would be pissed but what some could easily do then, may not be so easy now. We are gearing up to send our Invites out this weekend with the BYT (Book Your Trip) notice of November 1. even with that said, people already text, facebook or simply called and said I'm gonna be late booking but I'm going.

I have booked the Tucan Gazebo followed by the Venando Terrace for the cocktail hour and then the Caribbean Terrace for the Reception. Guest can take the lobby to lobby shuttle so they don't have to walk from one side to the other and will also give the guest a view of other parts of the resorts.

Wedding Dollars = Some tours, to help pay your wedding package (excludes complimentary)/no wedding package includes the carriage ride that is an add-on, wine upgrade, room upgrades (Bride and groom may not want to do this as they may upgrade your room anyway), Spa Services

we are doing the complimentary with add-ons as there are many things in the collections that I don't care for and you can not substitute items in the package so you either use or loose it. Also, from my understanding the package is just for the wedding only so check into that I maybe wrong. We are bringing most of our decor which can be used for the wedding and moved to our wedding locale

Ladies, I totally don't deal with my Miami Coordinator, Janina Mendoza (who has been good) since I was assigned my Moon Palace "Assistant Coordinator" the next step before my coordinator I gather. So in my usual line of questions to have things in writing I simply asked. She stated that she would check into this and get back to me....and when she did she stated that I had Valeria as my MP wedding coordinator. Having your MP coordinator to me is not that big of a deal and truly can wait for the 90 days mark since most things are done at your meeting and there turnaround time to respond to emails are slooooooooooooowwwwww so I have read. I think (my opinion of course) is that the biggest thing to have locked down, even before 90 days are your wedding locations. After this everything else is easy...

Ladies, MP changed a lot from 2011 to 2012 and I suspect brides in 2013 will say the same. MP stayed consistent in that you can not use resort credits towards weddings items, however; you can use it towards a wedding package i.e. sapphire but not the complimentary package. You can no longer use it for videography ;-( which was a great incentive since many questions the quality but wasn't complaining since credits paid for it. I haven't heard of neither one of your "coordinators" however, i'm wondering is they are the MP "email coordinators" and then you will be assigned your wedding coordinator in 90 days. For example I have IIiana as my "email coordinator-the person that I contact for questions, bookings etc.." however; I have requested that either Valeria or Kalena be my wedding day coordinator and I got Valeria. So I would check what role that actually play.
