  1. YAY! I know you are too excited. Check check and check. OMG isn't Chelsea amazing? I can't wait for you to get your jewels you will not want to take them off. Can't wait for your post.
  2. Thanks for the well wishes. I dragged myself into work I'm glad you are tackling your projects.. one day when we take a break we have to meet up for drinks. I can't wait for you to receive them and look forward to your post. When will Sarah mail them off?
  3. The veil is not my thing at all... and I too tried it on for my mom but quickly after several tries had her to remove them almost immediately. I'm toying with a birdcage though. It's so up to you and how it makes you feel.
  4. Thanks leenancy, just hoping to be done done done (at least as much as one can be) before the holiday's. That way if there is something that we would like to add (just in case we get free events & want to splurge) I can look for sales during Black Friday and the Christmas. Let me know if you need any help (templates etc..) y Quote: Originally Posted by leenancy Hope you're feeling better! I can't wait to have as much done as you do!
  5. TED731 You can have it done through your TA as well! Just know that anyone that books outside of your TA (the group booking) does not count toward your group (i.e travelocity, kayak etc..) even if they are coming to your wedding. Also it must be for 3 or more nights. hope this helps
  6. Hola my fellow MP brides, Well despite being a little under the weather this weekend I have managed to get the invites together and ready to be sent out tomorrow. They will be sent off in two different mailings on Monday we will mail off those that live far away CO, TX, AK etc.. (I had some family & friends calling saying where is my invite when the PA,NJ, & MD folks had already gotten theirs) and then on Wednesday/Thursday mail off all the other invites. Next to finalize our wedding decor, & make a final decision on FI's ring and wait for our final wedding count.... Happy Planning
  7. beachbride312 All of the information that ndivdul was so kind to list comes directly from your Moon Palace Coordinator. The Miami office or someone at MP can email you this directly. Or I'm sure someone here can email this to you so that you can have it. You'll just have to send your email address.
  8. Thanks, How did your invites turn out when you made it home? Sent from my PC36100 using Tapatalk
  9. Ladies, With all of the technical difficulties that I was having the nite that I uploaded the pictures of our Passport Invites (post#1299) I in haste forgot to upload our response cards. So here they are, these will be included in the envelope. Back Front
  10. we decided not to go all out for the welcome dinner (as it stands we have 37 people) we may have a few simple get to know you games and I will give out gifts for longest person who traveled etc..but that's it.

  12. Summer12, I would definitely keep trying. What I did in my initial email was to include all of the information possible, wedding date, location, time I needed the flowers, colors, how many and inspiration photos. It took 2 emails but when he responded he captured our vision perfectly and from there we made our deposit. He does take a while so I would make sure that your subject line in your email is very clear so that if it goes to spam he will quickly know that it isn't.
  13. I have DJ Mannia booked and will pay the vendor fee. I agree that there is no need to get a DJ a room for the night. Paying the vendor fee in addition to the cost still comes out to be cheaper by a few hundred dollars than going through the MP's DJ which I have read mixed reviews. We are big music people so this was simple for us.
  14. I totally agree, with the information that we have all come to know we can run MP weddings department efficiently ;-) Mine said no, so unfortunately that's all I can go off of. I'm getting some from Marvin when he brings my flowers as MP's of course is a little pricey. My alternate route was flyboynaturals.com
  15. I don't think it is tacky at all! Each bride has her ways of doing things so it is all about you and your FI as only you know your budget and better yet your guest. There is always a way to add some spice to anything. There are a few brides on this forum that did exactly what you are thinking off and it looked beautiful.
  16. Check with your coord, from mine I get married in 12') they were not allowed.
  17. I would highly suggest that you supplement it with something else. The work out is good but very repetitive. Either that, learn it and then simply but some good music on.
  18. A day pass always anyone that you purchase it for to be on-site from 7a-11p and enjoy all the things that the bride & groom has set-up for that day. So in fact they will have a meal (and most photogs require it) for them as long as you have a place for them to sit. The outside vendor policy is approximately $388 (I have the exact cost in an email) so based on going in April is pretty much equivalent of a 1 night stay in a single room.
  19. Exactly! I love shoes so I always make them work with something. I have a pair of Badgely Mischka's that I brought but then we changed our colors. So I got an extra pair of shoes out of the deal LOL
  20. I can only imagine how excited you are!!! Make sure you drive safe and then jump all around and holler when you get home ;-) You deserve it. I'm going to PM you
