Thanks bunches! I have heard of her and the words were that "she is great" I don't think that you will have a problem. What I found to be very helpful was to organize my emails via word document and try to limit my emails. That way when they respond it's all laid out and I can simply print and take with me. i.e. Welcome dinner (list questions, what you would like) Ceremony (list questions etc...) Cocktail hour etc... In each of these I would ask the questions that I truly didn't know the answer to (somethings I was able to get off of this site) and/or things that I wanted to clarify (things that weren't so clear or seem to be wishy washy). Hope this helps.

Hola Chicas, So as with every State Review or Credentialing that comes up, I typically take off 1-2 days to relax before the storm. However; this year its different because I get to wedding plan. So as any other downtime that I have to seize the opportunity. Well, you know that some of my projects (although completed) had to be put on hold because of our getting the new printer at work. Well, since all is well with this lovely piece of equipment and we have gotten to know each other pretty well over the last week... here is one of the now completed projects. In an earlier post, I had listed our OOT bags which is a Kraft Recycled Bag. We did a survey on FB amongst potential guest and decided that we wasn't going to concentrate on the carrier of the products, yet the contents. But you know me anything that I touch have to be Gorg! After the contents are placed in the bag (as pictured previously) there will be Turquoise & Fuschia Tissue paper. The tags on the bag vary from from Blue to Pink tremendously in making sure the the Extra's in the bags are given to males/females. So without further ado here are our OOT bags.

Your the best! I can't wait to see my dress again so that I can take a detailed picture of the wedding sash. That way we can get started on my wedding day jewels and ....you can start brainstorming on how to make more jewels out of the sash once all is said and done. I'm like a kid in the jewelry store ;-)

YaYaYa, I'm too elated as Chelsea from Red-i emailed me to say that the bracelet that she so graciously, awesomely & uniquely created for me (as an addition to my barefoot jewelry) is on its way. This piece will complete my 2 set's of accessories for our TTD session (I got the okay from my photog to do a wardrobe change.). I'm so excited as Chelsea is so amazing and fun to work with. I know she thinks I'm insane because as soon as I receive one order I place another.....It's only because after I see the piece I get another idea. Once my dress come in, I am thinking of having Chelsea to create a simple necklace and earrings for my wedding dress. ohhh too exciting. Thanks Chelsea I am so Red-i

I suggest that as soon as you know that you block your locations so that you do not have to worry. With MP being able to conduct 8 weddings a day prime locations can be gone quickly Great choice of course but just an FYI: I'm blocked for the Arrecifes Terrace which is the Brazilian Restaurant @ 6:30p they only have one outside location so unless you plan on having your dinner inside or earlier IIiana will advise you that it's taken.

YSW the Brazilian is equivalent to our Chima's if you've been. There's plenty of variety for everyone (meat & non-meat eaters alike). And just like Chima's you will have to got the salad bar. Hope this helps

I hear that, we have 1 more room to book to hit unlimited and like you some bridal party members didn't book yet. I'm hoping that their days will be 3+ and hoping to get more bookers just in case people back out and forgo their deposits. Just trying to push so that we will be covered. Even if we get unlimited events, we don't plan on adding anymore things to do but just looking to save where we can.

April 20th: Welcome Dinner @ 6:30- Arrecifes Terrace April 21st: Wedding @ 5pm Tucan Gazebo Cocktail Hours @ 5:45 Venando Terrace Reception @ 7:00 Caribbean Terrace If you have more than 35 people it is considered a private event and you must pay the private event rate, if you do not qualify for free events.

Beatyea, I have had my locations booked for quite a while. For our welcome dinner, that was finalized ummm about a month or so ago, as we waited to see how many people we would have before finalizing the location. If we hit more than the 35 (and if we get unlimited events) we will have to move elsewhere. Otherwise if we go over a few we will make accomodations.

Hola Chicas, Well I'm sitting at work with tons to do (State inspection next week) but instead have tried my hand at coming up with template for our menu. OMG and finally something with the dimension that I can work with. Well now that I have the set-up that I want it's time to start playing with fonts, background etc. Happy Planning Chicas

That's my girl;-) Go get her! But truly if you ask resort specific questions, she will forward your information on to someone at MP. Some of the questions that I asked (but already had the answer to) was: How many tables come with the cocktail set-up? And how tall are they? How far is the Tucan Gazebo from The Venando Terrace How long is the walk-way of the Tucan Gazebo Can I have someone decorate my wedding cake versus the person at MP? etc.. but you get my point. I asked about 15 questions and Janina did not answer any of them LOL, instead she forwarded my email to IIiana and then she contacted me in a few days with answers to my questions.

This is your day and your mom, regardless of what dress you pic will say "That's my beautiful daughter, baby etc..." when she see's you. so get that pin and say CHECK, CHECK, CHECK Glasses up ladies, let's keep checking

LeeNancy, you did an awesome job on your boarding passes! GREAT JOB. I'm glad that you were able to get things sorted out with work...sheesh!! Don't get me in trouble with the FI ;-) IF there's any comfort Derick (my FI) put his foot down long time ago so anything that I post are current projects that I had to put on hold to print (until our new printer at work was up and running). Dang FI's ;-) but as he said which I shared with another BDW bride "think about the things that you wouldn't throw away, things that you would want to keep and brag to others about. Those are the things to include and all that other stuff, well trash it." LOL which although mad at the time, he actually made since (which he typically does) its just that I may not want to hear it... it's the Type A Aries in me

Hey FutureMrsHammer, WE missed you!!! Wishing you much success with the new job and school! I know it all seems like so much and well that's because it is, but I'm sure that you can handle it. Let us know if you need any templates or tips and I'll be sure to send them your way. Congrats on booking your photog & make-up artist that's a big relief!! As far as your real touch definitely look at pricing they can be just as expensive than the real deal.....but the upside is that you can bring them back with you.
