    I decided not to do an OOT bag, I have enough to worry about! lol I will be providing a welcome brochure with the timeline, hotel info, excursion info and our contact info. No one will know the difference. I didn't even know what an OOT bag was until I got here lol.

    I have a couple saying that the wedding hotel is too expensive and I'm disappointed because they are planning on staying elsewhere, I tried my best to find an affordable site for them and us! So now alot of guests will only be there for the ceremony and reception, should I care?

    I am worried about people booking on their own, but I figure, if they don't tell me they are coming, it's not my fault if they don't eat lol.

    I went there on Vacay in April, even though it wasn't fully finished, it was great! The staff is the best part, by the time you leave you will know them by name lol. Let me know if you have any questions it's still fresh in my mind.

    Maybe try adding a monogram to the front, so they don't think it's junk and throw it away.

    Hey guys, Question: Nicole mentioned having a rehearsal dinner, which is a good idea, just wanted to make sure there was no extra cost for this, I'm not planning on doing it private. Also, does anyone know if the Calabash can be used for receptions for 65 pp? I asked Nicole but I know she is real busy, so I figured I'd try you guys. BTW, if anyone is cutting back on costs like me, Cake cutter and server and toasting flutes are provided by the hotel. They are nothing fancy but if you aren't planning on keeping them, you don't have to buy them.

    What is everyone doing so they don't sink in the sand? I thought about getting wedges because I can't wear flipflops with my dress just wouldn't look right. BTW, MysTEa yours are really cute!
