I'm worried about my dress too, but i plan on getting a lighter and cheaper dress to wear for my reception. I figure I can suffer for an hour and pray for breeze lol.

have you thought about using a travel agent? Sometimes they can lock in rates.

update: I think I might move my reception to the Calabash the indoor gourment restaurant just for the sake of air conditioning lol. Now i just need Nicole to get back to me to tell me if there will be room for dancing and 70 people seated.

I'm hoping my plan works, I plan on getting a wash and set and relaxer before I leave. When I get to Jamaica, I plan on keeping it wrapped up as much as possible. I am bringing an arsenal with me of flat irons and bumpers. I am gonna let the stylist give me drop curls and pray they hold.... lol
