  1. Yep! Heard this one a couple of times, but I really think its they can't afford it but they are embarrassed to say that, so they just say they dont like to fly and these are all people who I have known to fly places all the time.

I know exactly what you mean, there really isnt anything to plan, Ive just been doing stuff like invitations, pre-travel brochures, luggage tags, welcome books all the fun stuff, I think the only thing you can do is make sure you have your menu picked out if your doing a private reception after the ceremony. And the other things would be a preference I guess, like you could write your own vows or just pick ones they have, you can make your own music CD for when you walk down the aisle and for the reception or you could just use theirs. Do you have everything in order for you marriage certificate?

  4. Its very overwhelming when you think about it isnt it?! I still have at least 30 pounds to lose and if I could lose more I would be really happy, but my goal is to lose at the very minimum another 30 pounds.

  6. Yeah its insane! I never thought about that, displaying it at your AHR, thats a good idea, looks like I wont be able to do that, Im hoping I can at least bring the shells home, my boquet is orchids with seashells in it and I got a blue starfish jewel to put in it.
  7. Yeah tell me about it, they told me a minature version of my boquet for a BM would be $400.00!!!! And your never gonna guess how much this seashell bout it....... $40.00!!!!!

  10. Yep I agree, Im more sweets than salty, you can put a bag of potatoe chips in front of me and it wouldnt phase me, now put a thing of cookies in front of me and Im gonna have at least one! LOL You def have to trick your mind and start giving other healthy sweet things, fruit helps with my sweet cravings and that low fat sugar free jello pudding is pretty good too!
  11. Yeah I like frozen yogurt and those frozen fruit bars are pretty good too! Im doing pretty good staying away from sweets for the most part! Other than my occasional trip to Starbucks YUM
  12. 155 125 4/2/11 Sweets!! Working out (mostly cardio) 3 times a week Add more work out days to my week, goal work out 6 times a week, and add some strength training. Take some vitamins!
  13. Oh yeah and ice cream is a huge weakness for me too! Have you tried any of those weight watchers or skinny cow ice creams, I know they probably arent good for you but they are probably better than regular ice cream and they taste really good.

  15. Yeah Ive seen that show before, I dont think it comes on too much though Ive only caught it once or twice and that was a while ago.

Started gaining after I got out of high school (been out of highschool for 7 years), I also partially blame it on the birth control shot, I did sports in high school so after I got out I wasn't quite as active and if your not active on that shot you are going to gain there is no doubt about it my Dr. said you gain anywhere from 5-30 lbs. if your not active and eat right on this shot, and of course I said oh no I wont gain and plus I'm active well low and behold I gained the 30 pounds, lost the weight on the LA weightloss program about 3 years ago and gained it all back plus some! So this time I told myself I wasn't going to necessarily "diet" but just change they way I eat and exercise in general. I dint drink anymore soda, I havent had a soda in 6 months and I still crave them (thats terrible) no more fast food or fried foods of any kind, and Ive really been trying to cut back on the sugar Ive done okay for the most part but I do still have an occasional starbucks (huge weakness for me), I really do need to get on the ball with exercising more though I think I would be loosing more if I stepped that up a bit. What have you been doing to lose the weight? Your doing much better than me Ive only lost like 15 pounds in a 4 month period should have lost way more than that but like I said Im trying to make it a lifestyle change not a "diet".

  18. Thats so funny, I was thinking the same exact thing when I was looking at your pic! The weight tends to all be in my stomach, butt and thighs lol, and that pic is only of my face of course, but I have been used to being small my entire life, it wasnt until after highschool I gained all this weight, and on me its alot, I just dont feel healthy at all, I was really active and had so much energy and this weight has really brought me down in that aspect.
  19. Ha, sounds like something my mom would say too! Im only 5'2" so every pound really makes a difference on me, how tall are you?
