Jenna, we got our link, did you get yours yet??!!?! For the ladies, wondering about the video..... Im not sure how much it is, it was included in our package, but I would say get it!!! I think its important to have a video of your wedding, and the did a really nice job, my only complaint is they need to fix some parts where it was messed, up, not on the video guys end but we were announced in as the wrong name so they let us get reannounced in and I dont like how they placed it in the video and the same with our first dance they had us do it twice bc they started the song towards the end the first time, so they just need to fix some stuff with that, other than that its great!!

Jenna, here is the response I got from the video department A link was sent to your email on April 7, 2011. Kindly watch it and send us an email if you would like to have any changes made or if we can go ahead ship the video to you. Which I looked and had no such email from them, and helloooo why would I be asking about it if I had it!!!! I got that response with no link, cleary I didnt get it so why wouldnt you put the link in that email as well?????? How can I watch it if I dont have link!

Ah Stella/Jenna, I saw those photos yesterday! I didnt even realize it was you!!!! Your photos turned out amazing!! LOVE TI and Ileana!! Yeah i know what you mean about the beaches photographs, I mean Im happy with the way they turned out, they arent bad or anything, but I was given no instruction at all as to how to even get our pictures. It was our last day there at the resort and I said to hubby we should go by the photo shop and see what the deal is with our pictures, and when we arrived they said oh yeah we have been waiting for you, we have a viewing set up for you, well hello who was going to tell us, I mean how were we supposed to know! Yes, keep me posted about the video, still no word on my end yet!

Greys are you talking about the canvas wrapped photos?? I havent seen any from them, but I do plan to order one from them, just havent decided which photo which size or where I want to display it, theres too many things to think about when it comes to displaying photos, what size, which picture, which frame, where your going to put it...... lol!!!

Stella, is this what monica said to you?... The DVD takes about 7/10 business days for the editing and we send a link out to you to view & approve before shipping to your home. I have copied the video studio to seek details as unfortunately I don’t have information on the video status. Thanks for your patience and feel free to contact direct and cc me should you not have a reply back within 48-72 business hours.

Yeah I know its tough with her, but Im sure she's a very busy person, Im not sure if it just takes her a while to go through all her emails or what.

Hmmm thats strange! Somebody isnt doing their job!!! Yeah I had no idea I would get it that soon, I was told by the onsite WC that they would mail me the first draft, then I would make changes, mail it back and get the final, nothing was even mentioned about a link to view it, which sounds much easier than having to mail it back!!! Yeah well I still havent even heard back from Monica yet, but keep me posted!

Wow! Its been really quite on here!! I cant remember who asked me about the adoramapix, but I received our prints the other day and they turned out AMAZING!! I will def be ordering my enlargements from them, the metallic prints are unbelievable! They are so neat looking and they almost have like a 3D look to them and it really makes the colors of the beach pop! And the lustre prints are great for the photos too, they have a nice soft look to them. I just ordered a photobook from them today too for my mom, they are 20% off right now, until tomorrow.

I was happy with my results, as far as hair and makeup goes, they work with you too, they ask you what type of look you want, and if you normally wear a lot of make up or not, and you can bring them in pictures and they will duplicate it, I was happy and my MIL was happy with her's as well.

Brandy I actually contacted them the other day and they said I should have had it by now! I probably should of had it within 2 weeks, so they had me contact Monica to see whats going on with it, I emailed her I think either thursday or friday and havent heard anything back yet!

Our photog got our photos back to us in less than 2 weeks!! I am however having some issues getting our DVD from the resort!!

Lesee I thought about photosbooks! but just couldnt justify the cost and the time lol, but I am mailing those that came to the wedding some group shots and family shots for them to have and frame.

Ive been here, reading LOL!!! Yeah we didnt receive any in the mail except for a few cards, and I called some to thank them just so they knew they had arrived, immediate family that lives in Florida, but I started writing some last night, I just feel terrible that its already been over a month and I havent sent one out yet!! I hope to get a good portion of them done tonight so I can start sending them out!

Has anyone already sent out all their thank you cards??? Whats the proper etiquette on this, how long can you wait?
