I just realized, that I never posted how my knock off dress turned out! So I figure Id post some photos for any brides considering this dress or this seller from dhgate.com I ordered a knock off version of Maggie Sottero's Destination dress RD1044 (the one with the flower shoulder strap) I ordered through a seller named earlybird, and Im very impressed with the quality of dress! Its a chiffon dress, with a satin lining and the fabric is great and sewing is also very good, I have no complaints on this dress at all! Here are a few photos, sorry they arent the best, hope they help someone though.

No, I wouldnt say so, bathing suits are so expensive, if you can find them cheap somewhere I say go for it, sometimes VS does have some good deals on their suits but not sure how the shipping is to Canada

You could always have the jacket altered, I believe mens warehouse does it for like $25
