Brandy, Well they say you should have your video in like a week to two weeks but I didnt get mine, they claimed they had emailed it to me a week later but I never got it so I called but I had waited like 2 months or so before I even called, but I wouldnt wait that long, if you dont see an email within 2 weeks email monica and they will get it for you. Glad to hear they will be refunding you!!!

Yep two guys, my only thing was I had always thought a calpyso band had a steel drum, but this one did not, but like I said before there were still good and created a great atmosphere!

Brandy, you got some really great shots of the resort!! Makes me miss it so much!! I completely agree I had every intention of getting all kinds of shots for the ladies on here but you get so wrapped up in everything its hard to. And Im so sorry to hear about everything you went through!!!! It just blows my mind how one girl can have everything go right and another girl can have a ton of things go wrong, I think thats why its important to remember that things can go wrong and you just have to stay calm and try to go with the flow as best as possible. I believe the calypso band is only actually 2 people, Im gonna go back and look at my photos but they should have informed you if you couldnt get the entire package!

Lizz, The only thing that was really waived for us, was the $750 gov. fees And the 2 hours private reception is its own thing, if you want the cocktail hour thats an additional fee, I believe $15 per person for the 30 min cocktail...

Correction, the arch is $500 Linens & dishes from Seaside serenade alone can be upgraded to any package for $250 per table, If you want the seaside centerpiece that is $75 per table. These prices are for beaches T&C which tends to be higher than the other resorts so you may be looking at a slightly lower price

I do know that now you can upgrade certain items so if you just wanted to upgrade to a specific arch you could I believe the seaside is $200 or so the one with the capiz shells hanging from the bamboo arch

It should be $50 per person for the 2 hour private reception and $75.00 for the 3 hour private reception, unless it has changed, but in my opinion the 2 hour private reception was more than enough, after we left there we went out dancing at turtles lounge where they had a DJ and we all had a blast!

We went with the 2 hour private reception, which was $50 a person, we did not take it on a KATT Cruise but if you could that would be a great idea, you should look into it, I wasnt given the option, we were given options just on property.

Yes, the private reception is an additonal cost on top of one of the martha stewart themes, and Im not sure if all resorts are the same, but beaches T&C would not allow a reception on the beach for safety reasons.

Emilie, how far away is your wedding? Within so many days you cannot cancel, but if you have more than I believe 60 days or so you can cancel anything if Im not mistaking, I would shoot Monica an email and ask her if you can cancel or downgrade your photo package

Lizz, we chose the tenderloin and the chicken, everyone loved both of them, I ordered the chicken and it was delicious, it is jerk chicken though, so its a little on the spicy side but it was so good and juicy and tender just like the tenderloin all of our guests said the tenderloin was delicious as well. For our app we chose the crab cake w/ spicy fruit salsa and that was delicious!! We chose the salad and it was the fruit salad with champagne vinagarette and it was really good too, and for the dessert, which was ridiculously amazing we chose the lovers baked pineapple alaska, omg everytime I think about that dessert my mouth waters LOL!!!! I really dont think you can go wrong with what you choose Im sure it all is very good!

Thank Lisa!!! As far as photo books go, I really like the 10 x 10 I think its the perfect size, the 8 x 8 is a bit small and the 12 x 12 is big so the 10 x 10 for me is the perfect size, thats what size our album is from our photographer and I think its perfect!

YES, Carole is right, keep checking on pricing and any updates, ask for any new sales kits, our package ended up being reduced right before we left so we got it for the new price and they also had added 12 free photos and a free DVD to our package which we also got, also literally like a week before we were leaving!

Laura, I know I thought the exact same thing bc thats what I was told but I just tried it to see what they would do I just figured the worst they could say was no, but I had no problems at all using that paper, to change my SS# I was quite shocked it was so easy to change! The guy at the SS office looked at the paper and my drivers license and asked me "so you were married in turks and caicos" and I said yes, he typed it in the computer and that was it, within a week I had my new SS card and from there got my license changed with the same paper no questions asked and it even says on the paper that its just documenting the fact that it was entered into the T&C goverments sytem

Melissa, I ordered our outfits from cubavera.com, macy's also carries that brand, I was really happy with their pants and their suit. I did get my video, Its not in hand yet, I still have to email them my changes, I think it turned out great, I mean considering I didnt really pay anything for it, it was worth it.

Did anyone leave the resort with some sort of documentation? I used that paper to change me name, I didnt even have to wait to the MC, I still havent even received ours
