Yeah I just figured my mom would be snapping plenty of photos so I wasnt too worried about it.

From what Ive seen their photos are not great at all and they charge a ridiculous amount of money for less than average photos

We are going with different colors, our wedding colors are coral and turquoise, the bridesmaid dress is coral and gm shirt will be turquoise/aqua with natural colored linen pants.

I sent out our passport save the dates 9 months prior, then we sent out boarding pass invites 4 months before hand. Im sending these brochures to people who are coming and are booked, this is just a little extra info for those that are coming about luggage and stuff like that and it helps get those who booked even more excited to come to the wedding.

Char love the door hangers and the flower!!! Francine, thats crazy about your fathers friends, my mom has a friend that always convinces her of things too, so aggravating!!! I would find some research of your own with good info and show him that if hes not convinced and really doesnt want to go then ask them about the other option, it doesnt hurt to ask I suppose. And thank you for the photography tips/hints unfortunately beaches doesnt allow outside vendors onto the resort so I wont be having any photos of me getting ready or of the ceremony, thats why this whole thing is so tough for me to figure out!

Char, that makes me feel much better!! Im sure everyone will be fine, its just so hard to plan for me bc my photographer isnt on the resort, I have to leave to get all of our photos taken. Laura, absolutely not, you dont want things to be too matchy match, besides you have a bunch of different flowers in your bouquet not just one type of flower. What did you have in mind?

My ceremony is at 4:00

Heres is what Im trying to do (at least this is the latest thought for now) I have 3 hours booked for photos If I could do like an hour before the ceremony Then have the ceremony which is like 15 min. Meet back up with the photographer to do photos with guest for about 30 min. Send them back to the resort to enjoy their 30 min. cocktail (without us I wanted hors d'oeuvres lol!!) Then another 1 1/2 or so for more photos with us and then we will meet them back up for dinner, but I guess there will still be about an hour in between!!!! Im just so lost!!!!!

Thats my big issue Laura, I dont want there to be a big gap between the ceremony and dinner! I guess they could go back to their room, freshen up and then go grab a few drinks at the bar or something????

I have one more thing to add to my list... figure out the timing for photos even if it kills me!!!!!!!!!!!!! This has been the most frustrating planning thing so far!!!!

Bailey thats great!!! Dont feel too bad, Im hoping to have my pink ones soon, even though I did email him yesterday for a tracking number and havent heard anything back yet! All of the walmarts near us have a weak travel section so I know I wont find them there! Im really hoping to get a ton of VS gift cards from my bridal shower so I can get some suits and coverups, my mom is telling all her friends to get me VS gift cards!!! So excited shopping spree!!!!!!!!!!!
