Lizz, Im not sure I was never told they had to be on the island for a certain amount of time, nor was I asked how long each of them had been on the island before they signed it -
Alexa I ordered our key card holders from amazon.com and I ordered the lanyards from west coast lanyards, but Im certain you can also purchase the lanyards off of amazon as well.

Shes actually a vendor on here, if you go under vendors and invitations, shes the first or second one and you can contact her through that, he prices are very reasonable and she will work within your budget if you have one.

mdcoug The key card holders were a huge hit in our oot bags, as well as the koozies! Not really sure if everyone used the personal care items I provided though, but I always saw our guests with our koozies and our key card holders. And everyone loved their palm leaf bags, I still see some of guests using them now 6 months later!

Lizz The 3 hour private reception is its own thing, the hour cocktail would be added on at an additional charge and you'd then have a 4 hour reception. Beaches does have sound systems you can use, using either a cd or ipod, they also have music choices for your walk down the isle just your classic wedding songs.

I tipped for the spa services, I believe we tipped the guy from the shuttle bus that removed all our luggage and stuff, lets see I do know that my dad tipped the pastor, he seemed to be hanging around after the ceremony so my dad assumed he was waiting for a tip, we also tipped the waiters at our welcome dinner bc they did such a great job, they made sure everyone had a drink at all times, they literally stayed at our table and only our table. And Im pretty sure my dad tipped the WC and the bartenders but Im not 100% sure on the bartenders if he did, and they all gladly took the tips.
