I totally see where your coming from on the aspect that she doesn't even care about your wedding, even if she cant come she should still care and be honored that you asked her to be in your wedding, my friend since the 1st grade is not able to make it to our wedding due to financial reasons but I told her I understand and would love if she was still involved with everything like dress shopping and stuff like that she was so honored and touched that I still wanted to include her even though she couldn't come and she was more than happy to say of course Ill go dress shopping with you and of course Ill help you with anything you need, just because she cant come she should still make an effort in my opinion especially if shes your best friend!

Im doing coral, orange and aqua, you could always add in little accents of the turquoise I think it would look great, very colorful and tropical

This is a huge concern for me as well, I have a chihuahua and hes not a extremely friendly one, he loves other dogs, but hes only keen on a few people, so I'm having a really hard time with this one, everyone he does like is going to the wedding and a kennel is totally out of the question I really think he would freak out if I put him in a kennel, chihuahuas are very clingy and the only time he is fine when I'm out of town is when hes with my mom but my mom is going so I'm totally at a loss for what I should about him the good thing is we are only going to be gone for 5 days.

Wish I could help MellieG but Im not really sure how much the price changes, I think it just really depends on the month you get married, our wedding is booked for april which is way higher than may and june, we booked ours about 10 months before, we booked in June for our April 2011 wedding. And yes I am finding that its hard to get people to pay for this trip, turks and caicos is pretty expensive not to mention april is a very expensive time to go as well, I didnt quite realize this until after everything was booked, but I am finding that the people who are really close to us are still paying to go so if they really want to be there they will find a way to do it. Thats why we sent out our STDs as soon as we booked our wedding so people could save money if they wanted to go.
