Im so happy it worked out for them to do your wedding also, i absolutely loved Trisha & Shaun! I never got my lanterns back, i actually havent heard a single word from yarai since we checked out. I still cannot believe they "lost" my lanterns! Everything was great up until the wedding ended then I was not impressed anymore. Luckily tthe whole wedding was perfect! Everybody pictures are so great! Greys - you candy buffet turned out so cute and your cake is beautiful! We are also TTC! we stopped "preventing" a couple weeks before we left for mexico. Our daughter is going to be 2 in July so we definitely want our next one by the time she turns 3 next year. I cant remember who said it but i am also excited for us to all go through the journey together wether were all TTC or not i have truly enjoyed getting to know you all and sharing our wedding planning & DW experiences together i hope we can all stay in touch on here as we go through married life & family life

meggers - we're using our same guestbook for the AHR that we used for the DW and we willl probably do a card box also since most of the guests at our DW will be bringing their gifts/cards to our AHR Mocha - i LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEEE the first picture with the pink color splash! and i love the jet ski idea so great!

Im planning the same thing, just a small cake for us to cut and then cupcakes for everybody else and also a candy bar for our favors That is about the only thing i have made my mind up about for the AHR , well that and doing a taco bar for the food to stick with the mexico theme

Location is our biggest issue right now, we dont know anybody with a big enough/nice enough back yard because that would be ideal so we have to rent a location which seems to be extremely expensive! So we're hoping to find a city owned park that we can rent for way cheaper then we'll rent tables & chairs and have a mexican restaurant cater and do a taco bar to keep with the DW theme also How soon are you doing yours?

I was just married at the Dreams last month. My wedding really was the wedding of my dreams! The staff is fantastic, the food is good and the wedding coordinators are awesome! There are very few beaches in Cabo that are swimable due to the strong undertoe. You cannot get in the ocean at the resort as it is extremely dangerous. We did our TTD at one of the "swimable" beaches about 5 minute drive from the hotel and i still almost drown. But the pools at the resort are amazing! As for nighlife at the resort they have a "night club" that stays open until 2 or 3, i didnt go while we were there but all my girlfriends went a few times. They had a good time but i dont think its anything like the clubs or nightlife in town. And it really is a $25 cab ride each way to and from Cabo. It got pretty pricey to go back & forth, that was one of the downsides of the resort but we were happy mostly staying at the resort anyways. But when it came down to the wedding it was INCREDIBLE! Anybody else putting off planning their AHR? we havent arranged anything yet! I keep going back & forth between formal reception or totally casual bbq. Part of me wants to get dressed up again and have a little bit nicer than just a bbq but part of me doesnt even want to hassle with all this stuff again. We already had our dream wedding and put a lot of money into and I just dont want to end up spending a ton of money again!
