    OMG! My wedding is in a few months and this post just made me even more uneasy. I have about 40 guests and I would be mortified if any of them got sick. Thank you for the heads up but somehow I feel stuck now. I am just hoping and praying that everything goes well in the end.

    @bryanandchar thanks for the reminder. it was very hard for me to take a chance at an unknown location, but i know everything is be awesome in the end. I love the way you everyone just had a blast regardless of rain or anything else

    Pre-Travel Pails are a GREAT IDEA! I am so glad this thread was created I have 40 guests now and I was concerned about the weight of the items. I didn't want to make lightweight bags that look cheap or get killed with the charge for extra weight. Definitely something to consider

    Thanks for the tip, just a question: does the Renova spa do airbrush? Im getting married at ROR 9-10-11 and I heard that airbrush is the way to go against the humidity.

    I contacted the Jamaica Tourist Board and asked for 30 of each of their brochures to send to my wedding guests. The brochures are great. They will save you tons of time if you were thinking of making an Information Booklet for the OOT. The Board sent them to me free within the week. Great pictures and useful information.     I had the same problem with people saying "yes I'm coming" and then taking their time booking. I am getting married in at the Riu (Ocho Rios) 9-10-11 and I sent out travel information in September 2010... I gave a deadline of March 2011 to book. As of now I have about 40 guests and 50% of them just booked in Feb/March. Not to worry, folks move in their own pace and most start talking before they even check their financial situation. You real family and friends will make it happen and be there!

    This place is in Maryland I was thinking of checking it out, I am also gonna try Kleinfeld's.     I am stressing over a few wedding things...When I am sad I get in the car and blast Bob Marley " Three Little Birds" ..... and start performing my private concert singing, " Don't worry, about a thing, cause every little thing's gonna be alright!!!" makes me smile everytime!
