Your idea of the OOT bags is fabulous. I went to whole foods and got them too. The design is different, but I don't care. They are very inexpensive, looks like they are durable, and you can fit a lot of stuff in them!!! Thank you for the inspiration.

Just wanted to put it out there in case anyone is interested... I got six small size tank tops for $22.57 shipping included. That is $2.77 per top and $5.95 for shipping. I bought it at about 10 AM today and received an email that it was already shipped at about 5PM. Not bad. This will be one of my very few if not only DIY projects lol. Yeah! the stuff in your OOT bags sounds great. I might copy the Sudoku idea. Can I ask where did you guys get a good deal on chapstick?? Also, isn't it hard to roll the sticky business cards around the tube? Or is it a different, thinner paper?

I am undecided. I'm excited about being Mrs. Terrones but then I think about going through the hassle. I would have to do so much leg work, and then changing my passport... agr! I don't know... In any case... In many countries, Brazil for example, the kids have the mother's last name first and then the father's. At least that is the case will all the Brazilians I used to hang out with. In my country of birth (Colombia) every one has first and middle name -some have only one name- and then the father's last name followed by the mother's last name. Wives never change their last name to their husband's, but if they want they can use it after "de" (or "of" in English). So mine would have been Diana Sánchez de Terrones.

That is far less than I thought. Sucks I did not think about it before. My wedding is less than two months away. Oh well. Anyway what else is going on in the tri-state area?

Fort lee NJ bride here!!! Hope you don't mind me asking about how much is a BD session. I had no clue what it was until I joined BDW.

I scheduled my wedding at the Bavaro side, since I wanted to make it affordable for our guests. I went there in June to do a site visit and the WC did go over their rules and regulations. I just recommended that my guests book at the Bavaro side and if they want to book elsewhere, there will be restrictions. It is what it is. I wouldn't expect the resort to make exceptions to their rules in order to accommodate my requests. I would instead look for another resort that offer something closer to what I want. I also went to Majestic. LOVED it. I did not choose that one because the reception would have been ridiculously expensive for what they offer. At the end they changed their plan to make it more accessible and I ended up booking La Barcaza for the reception anyway. My invitations were sent and some of the guests have booked already, so it's too late to change. I did have a little hiccup with GBP. Even though we will not have a reception there (because we booked La Barcaza) they still want us to pay $35 per person extra (the package includes 20 ppl) just to attend the ceremony. WHATT? about $1000 extra. We are trying to work that out.

Good luck with the planning! I felt exactly that way in the beginning and slowly things have fallen into place. I am very indecisive and with all the great tips, ideas, and advice, it is hard to decide. In any case, looking forwar to reading your "random rants, raves, questions, and concerns!"
