How about a nice starfish necklace? I am planning on giving my 12 year old daughter a white gold and diamond starfish necklace. I think it is so appropriate, and I love the meaning behind the starfish. It is costing a little under $300. But, if you do a search, they have so many different options at many different price levels. Good luck!

Actually, this dress is chiffon. Babyonline did a very good job on it - great quality. But, I have decided that this is not the dress for me. I saw a few other styles in the bridal store that I tried on and really do like a couple of them better than I like this one on me. So, now I have to try and sell this one. Maybe someone will want it for a TTD.

I just received my dress from Babyonline. I have to say, it really is excellent quality. They did a very good job and made the changes that I had asked for perfectly. Here is a picture that they sent to me, along with a picture of the original dress. I know that hanging up just doesn't do it any justice, I'll have to post a picture of me wearing the dress.

Just curious, what room type/category are people going with? They have so many different categories that it drives me crazy!!! I have the Governor's Honeymoon Suite booked, I just don't want to be disappointed. Hate to pay all the extra money if it's really not worth it. The pictures always look great, but sometimes in person, it's different.

Maygimelli - Actually Babyonline finally told me (last week) that my dress is still waiting to be worked on - so no package was ever sent. They cannot give me a straight answer as to if it was even started yet or not. They even said they may have to find another factory to send it to because their workers did not come back to work???? Are you kidding me???? all I wanted was an honest answer from them - not the run around. I am not feeling confident in them at all right now and honestly, I just want my money back and I'll look for someone else to make the dress.

I am also having a problem with Babyonline. My dress was due to ship out from their factory on January 19th. I had asked if they could send a picture, they said they couldn't because they didn't want to miss the shipping deadline and my dress was already getting packaged to be sent. I received a tracking number on Jan. 24th - when I tried to track it, the number they provided couldn't be found. After going back and forth with many emails, I was told that tracking number was "system generated" and my dress didn't ship. since then, they have given me so many different excuses, from they are sending it, to they are taking "sepecial care" because if needs much hand work, to it's not finished yet. As of this past Friday, they said their workers didn't come back to work and they will TRY to get it to me. I know it is their holiday and all, but I am tired of all the excuses. all I am asking for is a straight honest answer from them. Now they are just not returning my emails. At this point, I am not sure what to do.

Kimberlyg - Congratulations!!! Your pictures are amazing and you look gorgeous!! I am going to have a very small wedding also. Our only guests are my 12 year old daughter and my parents. I am happy to hear that you were happy with the BB package. That is what we are going with. Question for you... did you make your reservation for the beach dinner with Monica before you got to T&C? Also, can we wait until we get there to pick a video package? We would like to wait until we get there to make our decisions, but I wasn't sure what had to be reserved before hand. Michelle

I was wondering the same thing here. This is my second marriage. My daughter and I live in a brand new house - that my parents bought for me, but it is in their name. They want to eventually sign the house over to me. I know we don't go into a marriage thinking it is ever going to end in a divorce, but reality is, you need to hope for the best, but prepare for the worst. I never prepared for the worst the first time around. I went into that marriage thinking FOREVER... 14 years later I left with my daughter, our clothes and a mattress. That's it!!! My parents went above and beyond setting me up in a great neighborhood with a beautiful new house. I don't ever want to take a chance and have this put on the line. My FI knows everything I have been through and totally understands all my fears and is more than willing to do whatever it takes to ease my mind. I hate to say it, but I am going to have some type of agreement that will ensure this house is mine and my daughter's should anything ever happen down the line. While your FI wants to protect his family assets, make sure you are protected also.

Misti - Did you find someone with a RAISED seal for your documents? The places that I have checked all use the regular ink stamp. I hate to wait until the last minute to find out I have a problem with the documents. Especially since I have to include a divorce decree with mine - Hope it is not going to make things more complicated.

Knock-off of an Allure Destination wedding dress. I just got this dress yesterday. It was made by Babyonline and it is great... except for the fact that it dosen't fit me! They are going to be making me a new dress (in the correct size) so I need to sell this one. I just want back what I paid for it. $155  The size was made for 35" Bust 29" waist and 36" hips. Probably a wedding dress size 6/8.  The color is Ivory. (The pictures make it look darker than it actually is due to the lighting). The color is very pretty. Not stark white.  The only change I had made from the original is no long train. This dress has a brush train.  PM me if you are interested.  Michelle    Original Allure Dress        Custom Dress   Â

Thanks Ladies. I decided that I am going to get my measurements re-taken and then order a new dress. I love the dress. Babyonline did a great job duplicating it and the quality was great. I think the confusion came in because the woman that took my measurements gave two different sizes for the hips. One measurement taken for a 7" and the other taken at 9"????? What the heck is that????? I thought there was only one measurement for the hips. Anyway, I need to post this dress on the forum and try to sell it. Maybe someone can use it for a TTD.
