FI is 6 years my senior I love it, I think we met at the perfect time as we are now in the same stages of our lives, wanting the same things!

We just registered with UponOurStar today, it was very quick and easy to do! I like the idea of asking for 'wishes', and being able to break things up in different denominations. They charge a 2.5% service fee + $15 banking fee, but that's it. No one's bought us anything yet, so I will keep you posted!

aella - congratulations!! that's great news We've booked our wedding date and time at Dreams Palm Beach (May 4 2011, ceremony at 5:30pm with Pastor Rick York). We've also booked HDC for photography and DJ Mannia for the reception. We are still waiting on some flight prices from our TA so that we can send out STDs with prices (we're just sending an email - our passport invites are going out in Aug/Sept). Everything is starting to come together, I can't wait to have people start booking so I can focus on the fun planning parts like OOT bags! -

Dress style?

I don't think you have to get something that's considered 'beachy' at all! It's your wedding, you should get a dress that makes you feel like a bride and that you'll be excited to wear! The only thing I would keep in mind is how heavy the dress is considering the heat! -

Did 4 miles on the treadmill yesterday morning, running for 3 of them. Back to the gym today for another run and some weights (arms) and abs! -
Wow thanks for the review Pam! I'm going dress shopping this Friday with my mom & BM and I'm going to a lot of the same places as you! I'm starting out at The Bridal Centre, and I've been reading some bad reviews about how snooty they are, so I'm glad that we are getting that appt over with first, lol! Looking forward to seeing what dress you end up choosing - I've only tried on 2 dresses so far so I have no idea if what I think I want is what I'll end up with!
