Holy smoke!! Your pictures from the legal ceremony are amazing! You guys went all out!! You look amazing, and that hair do is to die for ..... I want it!! Dress is amazing and the slit is super sexy! You two look like such a sweet couple. Oh and your dog is just as cute, so cool you could have him there! You are giving me doubts now, we were NOT having any pictures at legal ceremony but seeing yours makes me second guess that. So happy for you ..... congrats :-)

Bonnie, A little off track from this forum so feel free to PM me instead, but are you happy you used Ivan? Any feedback, good or bad? Advice or suggestions? How long before you got teaser pics, and how long before you got final pics? How many photos did he give you in the end, and how many of those were edited/touched up? For the TTD, would you do the cenotes again or choose something different? BTW you look amazing, so jealous of that tiny figure of yours. Dress looks fab on you. Thanks!

Eun-sil, love your idea on not using the word husband OR fiance between legal and destination weddings! Taryn, that is ssoooooo cool, I just checked out the home page. Congrats and well deserved! You won't regret doing the boudoir shoot with a professional, you will love it. I highly recommend printing out ideas ahead of time of your favorite poses, I did that and so did my photographer (it was her first BD shoot so she was as nervous as me, LOL), and whenever we were stuck we would look at the printouts for some ideas. If you have a designated driver I suggest wine!! I bought my ipod so we could have some of my music playing which made it so much more relaxed than raw silence. I also got eyelashes put on that I never wear and it helped me feel sexy. Bring loads of changes of outfits, even if you won't use them so you have choices depending on your mood. A sports type setup with her fiance's favorite team is a nice touch. Bring loads of accessories (I bought long pearl necklace, a football, a rose, a cigar, etc ......). Bring your wedding veil too if you have one. Mine hadn't arrived on time and I was bummed. I also did a spray tan the night before, who doesn't feel sexier with a tan?? Anyways that's my piece of advice from my experience!! Oh and as you know I used MyPublisher to design and print the book. When it gets here I will take a picture and post and give you feedback. BTW do not worry about doing Insanity, you look fabulous in your dress!! Wish I had heard about Insanity before, would have liked to try it but too late now. I'm doing Zumba at local community center. As soon as the wedding is over I want a Big Mac :-) As no one but myself and my photographer have seen the pics I would love to post a few teasers but am too nervous (such a wimp I know), but maybe I'll post one or two!!

Taryn - post details the minute you get home from the fitting!! Carrie, it's unreal how fast it's going!! Three weeks from Sunday!! We fly the same day right? What time do you arrive at Cancun airport? Be so funny to run in to you! I'm expecting to see quite a few girls dragging big white garment bags through the airport, LOL!

I had never heard of a collar stay before and just had to look it up, what a great idea! And even better it can be personalized! Your FI will love it if he wears a suit every day. I'll have to check out that site about the cigar cases. My FI loves cigars (I hate them, but can't complain too much as we both quit smoking cigarettes, 4 years ago for me and 3 for him, so it beats that!), so maybe that would be a nice gift for him. Thanks for the idea! For the Photobook, is everyone using My Publisher? I'm about to place my order in the next few days, just tweaking the pages at the moment. Also are you giving it before you go away, or having someone deliver the morning of the wedding at your destination? I really really want to gift wrap mine and have someone drop it off to my FI the morning of the wedding, but I'm nervous about going through customs with it or having anyone at all besides future hubby seeing it! Definitely won't put it in checked luggage, but my family are flying to Boston from Ireland and we are then all flying to Mexico together so will be so paranoid with the book in my carry on, LOL!

Sarah don't you just love when you check another thing off the list?!?!?! My only problem is that sometimes when I tick one thing off, I end up adding another 2-3 things, LOL! What's everyone doing for a Groom's gift? I did a BD shoot and am making a photobook, but wondering if I should get something else too that he can tell his family and friends about?

We are not tipping until the end of the night so don't think it's going to earn us any "extras" at that point! For our WC my fiance was thinking $200. Not trying to sound mean, but I was thinking $100. Plus we are giving her a thank you gift too. Going to get her something traditional from Ireland. We'll also have extra cash with us if we think we want to give anyone more. For the waiters we are giving $50 each, same for bartender.

We are getting legally married less than 36 hours before we fly to Mexico! Wanted to wait til last minute. To us it's paper, and the real wedding is Mexico. We need to go get our license though, another thing on the To Do list! Taryn we are the same as you, we don't live together yet so deciding whether he will move in the night of the legal wedding and spend 2 nites here before we leave for Mexico, or just wait until we get back.

Thanks for sharing this!! The musts on my list are my w/c, bartender and waiters. For the photographer I already feel like we are paying a fortune for services, accomodation at the hotel plus dinner at our reception for him and his wife ($66 each), so good to know that info. We will take extra cash in case we feel anyone warrants a tip or extra tip.

Congratulations to you both! Just got tears in my eyes reading your happy announcements. So happy for you guys! Our EDD is 04/13/12. And I'm guessing boy.
