I finally received by dress from Babyonline tonight and I have to say it definitely was worth the wait. The dress is absolute perfection. Fits me so perfectly that I do not have to make one adjustement. Purchased a mantilla veil from them as well to match the dress. It is beautiful however, a little stiffer than most veils but is beautiful nonetheless. I've ordered dresses from both Monica Bridal and Babyonline and I happen to agree with Prettypigs assessment. Monica Bridal is better with customer service and tulle and Babyonline gets the nod with the sizing and also replication. My dress is almost identical to the original. Their beading is equally as good as Monica bridal. I haven't taken pics of me in it yet but will post up some pics tomorrow.

Does anyone know who makes these lovely ladies? -
Erika I'm assuming your post is directed to me From most of the other girls on this site who have ordered from Babyonline, I'm pretty sure all of their dress pics come like mine...no models to put them on. I know it's weird. I sure to home there is a definite waist line in there because I have hips. I have almost 10 inches difference between my waist and hips, so there better be room for them...lol

I'm still waiting for proof pics of my dress from babyonline. I ordered the dress end of February - four times I've been told in the next week it will be ready. One week ago it was nearly finished with just some beadings to be added. I sure hope it's worth the wait. Babyonline reps are very nice but they should get a handle on delivery times.

Mocha, Your dress is absolutely lovely. You are fretting over something that honestly isn't anything to fret over. To me, it looks as though it is part of the design of the dress. If you had posted the pix without saying anything I wouldnt have known that you have an issue with it. Honestly, the dress is gorgeous on you. Fits perfectly. You need to let go of it - I know your emotions on are high right now because you are so close to your wedding but a seam is not something to ruin your day. G

Am I the only one that can't see Mocha's dress? I keep trying but no luck! Mocha honey I'm sure the dress is lovely judging from the comments of a few others who are lucky enough to be able to see it. Try to breathe and remember, the most important aspect of the day is that you are marrying your man The rest is just fluff. G

I ordered my real touch flowers today from a vendor on Etsy.com. I love them. She is going to add some feathers to most of the pieces to capture the vintage feel of my wedding. I don't get spending hundreds, even thousands on flowers that are going to die in a few hours. I have allergies and don't feel like having puffy watery eyes walking down the aisle. I love the idea of being able to keep my bouquet preserved and possibly passing it on. All my attendants get to keep their bouquets and use them as a decoration. 450 dollars for a flower budget is great in my mind. This is a 14 piece set and two bouquets will be used as decoration. All works for me http://www.etsy.com/listing/61518159/white-realtouch-roses-and-rhinestones

Mocha, Unfortunately, this sort of thing happens every day in the business world. It's all about securing the sale. Basically, deliverying on promises does not seem to be a priority. What most vendors fail to realize is that by not making good on their committments, the chance for return business/repeat customers decreases dramatically. When people such as yourself speak up and spread the word, it makes others think twice about doing business with them. G

Mocha That's terrible that they keep putting you off. I am not pressed for time at all since my wedding is in November. I do not find communication with them is great. Monica Bridal was definitely better in that department. When I do exchange emails with Babyonline they are nice, don't get me wrong but I do find they are pushing me off. I agree with you though, be honest. If the dress is going to take two months to make, then say that. There is a lot of details in the dress I ordered from them, lace, beading etc. What dress did you order from them? to order the first of February and still not receive it, that's a long time, and if they knew your timelines, they should have given you priority. I'm so sorry for your issues with them. Crossing my fingers that it is ready for tomorrow. G
