So i deffinetly want to do a flower in my hair and maybe a vale, but I cant decide if I should do a white flower or one of my colors. My colors are orange and turquoise. I dont have a good eye for accessories, im really clueless lol! so these are my 2 ideas if you can let me know your thoughts that would be great!!!  My white dress, white vale, white hair flower, with orange and or turquoise neckless and earining.  OR  My white dress, white vale, orange hair flower, and diamond or crystal jewelry.  OR  A mixture of both lol!!! I have no idea!!! My dress is very simple now beading or lace or anything just white lond and flowy.  THANKS Amie  -

SO i am deffinetly bringing my own chair bows! its going to be way cheaper!! Just trying to decide on the exact fabric, but im leaning toward Crystal Organza My colors are Orange and Turquoise. I am having the canopy but I didnot get the flowers (too expensive) so I want to bring matching fabric for it. I emailed Pilar for the dimentions and an exact photo of it so I know how much ill need. So we will see what she says. I am having 20 to 25 guests and we are having the dinner at the Festivel Terr so I was wondering if there will be one long table or a few small ones.....I am hopeing for one long table so we can all eat together! I emailed her about that too so we will see. Anyone know about this?? I know most of you on here are having more guests then I but figured id ask. Finaly has anyone asked about having BM carrie one flower down the isle? Cost and flower choices for this? Have a good one Jade brides!!

FYI the only days i ever recieve emails from Pilar are Mondays and Wednesdays

I just got my final qoute from Pilar yay!! So now I have most of the details worked out!! Ceremony on the beach, cocktails at Blue Beach Bar, Dinner on Festival Terrace. I chose the Divine package but I liked the Eternity food better so I upgraded the food. I also wanted the canopy for the ceremony you see in most of the pictures, but I think it was listed at $400 to $600 YIKES!! But I was able to get the canpoy with out the flowers and orange chair bows for much much less! As I said before I am bringing my own photographers so I was able it swap the hotel photographer for the Caribean Trio to play during the cocktail hour woohoo!! Now I just have to choose the flowers and the cake.....Feb 11 here I come!!

I am deff going to bring some kind of favor and or OOT bag. For the favor I was thinking of shot glasses (we love tequila, and it is mexico). but I havent really decided if thats what i want to do. I love the idea of the paper lanterns for the ceremony and hanging star fish from the chairs but hate the thought of having to lugg everything to mexico!! so i am going to try NOT to have to bring decorations. We are doing a sand ceremony so ill have to bring the vase. I may do star fish place cards but again idk lol. .......i am trying to think of something other then flowers for my brides maids to carry down the isle.........and ideas

I got my final quote to sign from Pilar the other day.......I emailed her to change a few things and im waiting to see what the new quote says (she normally gets back to me on mondays and wednesdays) Has anyone else got to this point yet? Im getting nervous things are getting set in stone and I wont be able to change details once i get there if I deside to.........

I thought about bringing my own bows for the chairs but i didnt know if they were going to charge me to put them on. I emailed Pilar to see how much it would cost to do the ceremony set up like the picture with the orange bows and the canopy so ill let you guys know when she emails me back......next week sometime im sure:)

Ok ladies what is everyone choosing for the ceremony set up?? the divine package comes with white covered chairs and a white table but thats all. All the pictures they show have many upgrades........ I really like the picture with the canopy and the orange bows on the chairs!! A emailed Pilar to see what the charge will be so we will see. Has anyone made any upgrades to the ceremony sight yet?

I have a TA as well but she is only handeling the hotel and air bookings. I stated my comunication with Pilar through my TA but Pilar wanted to deal directly with the bride because there are so many little details you need to work out and going through the third person is tuff. My wedding is Fed 2011 and I have given the deposit to the hotel so I deffinetly have the date and wedding location reserved, now its just time to choose all the little details. I want to start counting down the days but its well over 200 lol
