    Hey inanna, Honestly, we must've hit every Keys venue during our site visit, and each had its pros and cons. Key Largo Grande Resort was nice, but the packages weren't too appealing. Little Palm Island was one of our favorites, but it's adults only and that just wasn't an option. Cheeca Lodge was just gorgeous, but the site fee alone blew our budget! So, we've actually ruled the Keys out entirely for our DW...too much heartbreak :-( We're looking at the Mayan Riviera since the Keys doesn't really have any beaches and our money goes a lot further there.

    Well, I found great deals through online vendors, zazzle and vistaprint, which let you customize them to no end for a great deal...in my view, i'd rather blow the money on other areas...invites are just the tip of the iceberg.

    Palace resorts will let them, all they have to do is purchase a guest pass...seems like thats standard.

    Yay! This will make it so much easier to accomodate our guests. Do you know if we book timeshares then do the group perks still apply?

    Moon Palace has a gazebo, is hu-uge and can handle a budget-oriented wedding. check it out.

    u could do a mad libs/well-wishes sessions...where they read well wishes for u as a couple, but of course, its been completed in mad libs form...crazy crazies

    As the plan remains, yes...this way, if there are any "kinks", we can fix them before the big day.

    Oooh! Do Moon Palace, I'm biased, of course...but our budget is teeny-tiny and the entire Palace Resort set has great value. We spoke to a wedding planner trying to sell my FI and I on her services, but when we said we were looking at the Palace Resorts, she admitted defeat to their great packages...just a thought :-)
