  6. JesseLyn, I am hoping you can help me. The weddingsbyriu website indicates that we are to get our birth certificates notorized and they are to contain the full name of the couple and their parents. Our birth certificates do not show our parents names on them. Is this going to be an issue to legalize the ceremony? What did you do? Any help you can provide is appreciated.
  7. theend903 - what a beautiful ceremony. Thanks for sharing.
  8. Miss Simone, what a great question to ask!!! And to the ladies who have been to a destination wedding, thanks for providing your feedback.
  9. miss_delerium - is also agree with you. Hopefully this is the start of the excitement, let the fighting begin. I had to laugh last night when Julie was interviewing Matt in the HOH room when he said he is the greatest person to ever play the BB game. What???? He is so delusional. Sunday's episode should be a good one, although I am pretty sure we already know who is going on the block, won't be that much of a surprise.
  10. Absolutely stunning, it looks like you had an amazing day. Your dress is beautiful and I love your BM's dresses as well. Your flower girls are the cutest!!!
  11. Congratulations on your engagement, happy wedding planning!!
  12. For the centerpieces all I am doing is renting vases and using my bouquet and BM's bouquets as the centerpieces. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on centerpieces that are going to be used for a couple of hours.
  13. It is not tacky at all to have your AHR on a Friday night. Our AHR is going to be an open house at my in-laws on a Sat or Sun afternoon with hors d'oeuvres and cocktails.
  14. This is a fabulous idea. My FI and I are thinking of having a coffee table book put together with photos taken while we are away for the week and giving these to all of the guests that travelled with us.
  15. Thanks for sharing. I really wanted to have the steel band play at the ceremony but the price at our resort has gone up to $500 per hour. I can't justify spending that kind of money for one hour.
  16. That is such a cute dress, I am sure your neice will love it!!
