I just talked to a TA at the beginning of this month and she said prices for Funjet are not out yet for May of next year so to call her back at the end of this month. And she said since it's still sooo early as time goes by prices are more than likely going to drop. If i get a really good price before invitations are sent out i may just email my close family to let them know.

Anyone have any other ideas? Mexico has Walmarts and Im sure they have wagons!

Anyone have any ideas? I am not good with this stuff and want to make sure I give them a good idea of what I want. Does the front look a little funny to anyone? I'm still unsure what I think.... Runningbride I think they did a really great job on your dress! It looks sooo pretty!!! And like one of the other girls said you can probably find someone in your area to redo the beading to how you want it. But all in all the dress looks GREAT!!!

We are getting married June 14, 2011 - the 14th is a lucky day in my fiance's family and it's my Papa's birthday - so it holds some special meanings for us So far...I've done our monogram (see below ), started playing with templates from other brides and making them my own (chapstick lables, playing card labels, pre-wedding newsletter), we've put a deposit down on our hotel, chosen flowers and cake flavor, put a deposit on a STD (I'm lagging on this one and need to get them out ASAP), and...I think that's it. Seems like more than I thought, but still have a lot to do and know time will fly by! Question - Is everyone doing a STD and invitation? I was thinking of sending a "tentative" or informal RSVP with the STD and then either skipping invitations and sending out newsletters to keep guests informed or just sending invitations to the people I know are interested. Seems silly to spend $ on invitations to people I know aren't coming. Happy planning! Welcome!! My wedding date is exactly one month before yours!!! I am sending STD and invitations. But the invitations i'm doing my self so am saving a lot more than i would if i were to have had them made. I know more than half wont be coming but it's not because they don't want to but because they can't afford too. So i want them to get a pretty invite still.

It made it much easier for me!
  13. Your dress is beautful. We need to see pics of you in it now!!!

I'm not crafty but am on a budget so I'm going to have to make myself crafty I ordered 100 petal envelopes, 100 blue cardstock, 100 vellum and 200 champaigne text paper from paperandmore.com for $160 including shipping and they also cut the paper to the measurements i requested so all i did was use adhesive to layer the blue cardstock and champaigne text paper and just put the vellum over the invite with the letter to our last name. It was super easy! The adhesive is also removeable so it makes it easy to place on move around and it sticks really well. Only way for the paper to seperate is for you to pull lit. And my RSVP's were postcards from vistaprint.com
  16. Congratulations!!! I'm a 2011 Cabo bride too! Will be getting married at RIU Palace. Good luck planning and check out the Cabo forum you will get a lot of help choosing the resort right for you!
  17. Josie, the dress looks beautiful, they did such a good job on it!!!!

It was a discontinued dress & David's only had it in a size 12 so I have to do lots of alterations. The good thing about it not being available anymore is that it was banished to the $99 rack. The original tag on the dress was $499 so I'm tickled to death with my savings! I cant see it!!
  19. Thanks Ladies, I love them and i made them for a fraction of the price it would have cost to get them made.
  20. Thanks for sharing the website i found some great things. I love their shoes!!!!

I just posted some pics of my invites if you want to take a look. I also got my paper from paperandmore.com
