I think we're going to do our first dance during the cocktail hour. As for speeches that will be during dinner at the restaurant. And my uncle is actually a DJ so he MC all the party's lol .

Yea, i got in touch with the wedding coordinator right away and got the terrace reserved. You should contact the resort as soon as you can before it's too late and the terrace is no longer available.

I contacted them about the mugs with the lids and they said they no longer have them.

Hmmm.... that's weird that they said you can't rent out the terrace yet. I'm getting married after you and have the terrace reserved already for our wedding as well as the gazebo and the mariachis. The person i have been in contact with at the Palace is Monse, and she's great. Have you been in contact with them at all?

I love the rhyming, it's SUPER CUTE! lol As for my maracas, they're actually pretty small so they wont take up that much room. I'll try and upload some pics of the ones i already have painted. I just ordered one BM dress this week to see how it will look on them and to see if i like it. It was shipped today so i should be getting it within the next week or two. So excited. You know, i saw pics of someone else who had their wedding at the Steakhouse and there was no room for centerpieces nor did they have any room for them. If anything i think the restaurant would have tiny candles on the table but i was told that the Mexican Terrace has the best view of all the restaurants so the guests will be more taken by the view then centerpieces so I'm not doing centerpieces. Waste of money is how i see it. I was going to bring my own centerpieces but what for, they'll take up too much room. As for the gazebo the Palace has 2 gazebos, one that's more private and one that is located by the spa. The one i picked is the more private one which is called the San Jose Gazebo. As for favors i was thinking of having mugs made by on EBay seller who does them for really cheap and they're cute. Also for favors i have raffia fans that my programs will be attached to and i have little maracas that will be escort cards for seating. I bought them in plain wood and am painting them white and writing everyone's name on them and table number with blue marker and tying a blue bow to them. They're super cute! But time consuming! My color is Royal Blue! I really don't have a theme per say but i guess it's beachy, tropical, mexicany. lol O and i too bought mini starfish, 500 of them, i'll be attaching some to my programs! I wanted to do OOT bags but it would be too expensive and i'm on a budget. lol So ladies what time are you getting married??? My ceremony will start at 6. Kinda late i guess, but the sun will be setting and the sky will look gorgeous. We will have a cocktail hour from 7-8 and then the reception from 8-11. And after 11 probably hit the clubs or something.I think we'll be introduced during the cocktail hour and do our first dance there that way after dinner it's all about partying! O yea! lol This is sooo exciting . . . . . .

Yea they do wholesale so if you order more the cheaper it is. But if you order one than it's the more expensive price. I was able to order my BM dress for $57 with free shipping.

Try DHgate.com, there are a lot of wedding dress vendors that will make a dress for you if you send them a pic and will tell you how close the can replicate it and some even have La Femme dresses on their website. I ordered my BM dress from Monica Bridal on DHgate.com so i'm waiting for it to come in, but Bonnie (prettypigpig) on the forum ordered her dress from Monica Bridal and it came out gorgeous!
