We are doing ipod for everything... ceremony and reception. I have not started the music list so I am in a panic mode. How am I going to do all this??? My FI is suppose to help but we will see. I am so sorry to hear about your FI. What a mess... everything will be ok. I am glad he is OK and will be able to SMILE for the pictures. Â

Jamie, Thanks for taking so many great pictures. I am about to make the last minute changes to our wedding details before our final payment is due and saw your suggestion about using the yoga area for the dance floor. Is that beach area nice? I saw your comment about the beach bbq area being the best, private location for the wedding reception... what do you think? I am planning to have the beach wedding & reception and do not have a good idea what it's going to look like. I am guessing they do not want to have the ceremony and reception at the same location... but not sure exactly where. Thanks for the help! Â No worries. You will know it when you see it. Maggie, We definitely have to meet. It is crazy that we are living in Houston, getting married at AS and having bachlorette party in Philly. My trip was AWESOME. Got to see some old friends and had a blast at club risque.... scary but hilarious  LOVE your invitations. They turned out great!   I am so sorry to hear about your problems with DW.com. I have an awesome TA from DW.com and she made sure every penny got counted and even reminded me if I had forgotten few things. I hope you get it resolved without any more hectic. You should definitely fight for what's been agreed upon in the first place.  I am sooo sorry to hear about your loss. I cannot imagine the emotions you guys are going through. I am so sorry to hear about your experince with DW.com. I have a great experience with DW.com and my TA is super awesome. We really didn't have too much crazy stuff for her to save the day but she's been always very responsive and take care all the requests very timely manner. She did get us the free wedding package even though we didn't book the premium suite. Â I hope you get what you are looking for. It's not too late to change your TA if you are unsatisfied. I LOVE your pictures! thanks for sharing. I am so excited about the honeymoon breakfast Looks delicious! Â I am having a beach reception and plan to have dance floor. I am just wondering if the dance floor is necessary. I do like the idea of it but it's $250. Other places don't require dance floor but i thought the beach reception would... any suggestions? Â

Does your signature say you are having 115 guests for your wedding? Holy smokes!!! You guys are having a huge destination wedding!!! Â I think that's a great idea to include the ones who can't make to the destination wedding. to the legal ceremony. We have one of our groomsmen getting shipped out to Afganistan at the last minute so I am one groomsmen short... Â

Jamie, I would love to see some pictures of the beach reception area. I was told there were palm trees around but I don't know how many or how tall it is. I am debating on the lights on the palm trees or lantern lights around the area or BOTH! Thanks for offering to help!!! I hope you enjoy your stay at AS!!! OMG. Super CUTE!!! Amanda, I think you are on top of everything. I am still struggling to FOCUS on wedding stuff. My job has been very hectic and I have a big deadline to meet by end of Sept. Ah... can't focus anything else but work. I cannot wait till we are in Mexico!!! Â Wow... $17k for your wedding including the photographer? I think you did really good!!! Â

Depends on what you are doing... it's going to cost a lot of money. Do you have budget for your dress? Do you know what's important to you? To us... we really wanted to have good food for our reception. We didn't care about other stuff too much. But it's not cheaper than we would've hoped. We initially thought $5k...you can see we are not even close to that budget. I can give you a better break down of what I have so far if you send me a PM with your email address. Hi. Me too. I am not stressed out. Why is that? I think I am just tired of planning!!! Wow. That's a deal!!! Still... $4 per person for 55 guests is still expensive but I think they will really appreciate it. We have towels so we decided not to do the mug. Though if we have money in the budget, we would like to do shot glasses. Â 8 WEEKS!!! I understand no documentation is needed. Just make sure your passport and reservations are under your maiden name if you are not changing your name before heading to Mexico. And I highly recommend not changing your name till you come back to avoid any complication!!!

Like everyone else suggested... you should really TELL them what you want. Also try to use your TA as much as possible. I KNOW! Don't get stress out. I was in the same boat not too long ago and now it's too late. We got little more than a month to go and you have other things to worry about besides the LAZY ASS PEOPLE!!! Â We are getting married at a court house before our Mexico "civil" wedding. Just make sure your passport and all other reservations are in your maiden name - if you do decide to start changing your name on things before your trip. Â Welcome!!! We are very close. There are just too many things to do!!! Â
