Hey Ladies! You guys have motivated me to start P90X again! My Fi & I did it last year, but quit after 6 weeks(life gets in the way ) The first time I did it I wasn't following any kind of diet plan, so I didn't see a great deal of results. I started weight watchers about 8 weeks ago & have lost 10 lbs, so now that I have the diet part under control I need to start getting toned. I HATE yoga, so I will probably just run on those days. I used 5, 8, & 10 lb weights last time I did it. I'm really excited to get started again!!
