I was able to substatute 2 hours of video for the photographer. I don't know what else you might be able to do. I would just ask her. Maybe if you tell her your budget and what you need she might be able to help you. -
CherryCola-I asked her for one. If you give me your email I will share it will you. It's pretty basic just kinda shows me what I am looking at money wise for 50 people.

Well I finally heard back from Pilar with my quote spreadsheet. Still shows only one centerpiece so I will be discussing that with her. She did have all of my changes on there which was nice that I felt like she finally paid attention! Â I'm having the Blue Bar for my cocktail because my reception is right there at the Bamboo room.

I only have a list of questions. I can't think of anything I want to bring there since I'm still a ways out from the wedding. I changed my cocktail to the blue bar so I will for sure have her check both that and the sports bar out!! I wish I was going with them. But it is nice to have them going there first and pretty early on. Â My FFIL said the other day "What if we don't like the resort?" My reply: VEGAS!!!!

I will tell my FMIL to take detailed pictures of the bamboo room. Does anyone else have any requests???

Thanks Lisa! Â CherryCola- I'm using the bamboo room but I haven't thought about decorations. My FMIL is going there in a couple weeks and going to take pictures so once I see it I will decide from there if I'm going to decorate it. I'm just trying to keep from bringing a lot of stuff down there!

I thought chairs came with the package. Is this for an upgrade of chairs?

I'm playing the email waiting game too!!!! I'm almost at two weeks. Has anyone heard from her? Â I chose the Jade for the affordablity, the wedding packages and just how modern it looked. Â My future in laws are going to visit the Jade in 3 weeks and meet with Pilar to get things settled in person instead of email. I will post pictures when I get them. I will also have their review of things. Also, if there is any of you getting married around September 24th watch out my FMIL might spy on your wedding and see how it's set up.

Hi ladies! I've been MIA lately! Work and stuff has kept me so busy! I see we are still waiting on answers on the centerpieces. I was under the assumption that it was all the tables too. Are there any June 2011 brides there?? I'm jealous that there are May brides who can share stuff with and I'm willing to do that too!!!

Lisa- Have you heard anything back yet? I'm curious if us brides are being told different things. I was told only one hour of video for the photography and others have gotten two. I'm not sure what else I can do to get the two. I'm even bringing my own flowers!!!

Kara- I'm bringing my own sashes for the chairs but using the other stuff that comes in the package. I don't want to bring too much down there. What have you decided to do? I had your email wrong. I will email you in a bit!!!

Ok ladies. I heard from Sandra and she is covering for a lady over at the NOW Sapphire who got injured and doesn't know when she will be getting back to the Jade. Just FYI in case anyone is wondering why they haven't heard from her lately. Which also means that Pilar is very busy. I also got an email from Pilar saying I can only have one hour of video instead of photography and I'm fighting that.
